If it's a China Based Phone, then it's very difficult to unbrick it and that's why nobody replied because they don't know the answer
Less devs buy these phones and thus, there is not much guides or solutions to fix them. I'll post here if I find it.

the great software for root this suck device is VROOT before that you also need pdanet for driver..

Honestly, I dont think anybody will be able to provide you with that. There are too many different brands and whatnot of these chinese phones, it's a long shot that anybody that has one will be able to upload the stock rom. Good luck though.
