[Q] How to solve the bootloop of "PARANOIDANDROID 3.99.RC2 (October 15) BETA 2"?
After installation of ROM and GAPPS, I have made "FACTORY RESET" and "WIPE CACHE & DALVIK CACHE". But I still have a bootloop. Why ?

I too had the same issue few days before....
Just follow these steps,
1.Flash TWRP recovery
2.format system,cache
3.wipe data and cache , dalvik cache
4.flash JB ROM for two times
5.flash Gapps
6.Fix Permissions
7.Reboot
Now you will enjoy JB...
Thank if it's helpfull...

Hi guys
I've tried installing many version of Gapps on my S3 inc. minimal version.
I clear the 3 catchs each time, but the Gapps dont appear.
I've tried on slimbean, PAC and PA roms but the same happens on each one
Its driving me crazy as this is a new phone and want to start using it
What am I doing wrong?

boot into CWM recovery. wipe data, cache and dalvik cache. apply zip from sdcard. choose zip and installing..then again choose zip from sdcard and select gapps.zip. is this the procedure you are following? I do the same everytime and faced no problems till now. you ahould have the gapps.zip of the respective rom you flash prior to it.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
what recovery?
Thats exactly what I've been doing!
I've just tried cm-10.1-20130522-NIGHTLY-i9300.zip
with CM 10.1 Gapps
booted into CWR
cleared the 3 catches
installed CM10.1
install Gapps
cleared 3 catchs again
....zero Gapps

I then go to advance and reboot recovery but im still on 5.5
sorry for the n00b like manor
that is a .tar file buddy. You can't flash it thriugh recovery. you have to put your mobile into download mode , connect to pc via uab. start desktop odin, select pda and then CWMtouch.tar file and hit start. then once you see the pass, it is done.

Ok thats good to know
So to flash a stock based rom you do not need your bootloader unlocked but non stock based such as CM11 aokp aosp or anything else you need to unlock your bootloader
Flashing a stock based rom all you need to do is wipe your dalvik and cache, rarely would you need to wipe your data so wipe only if needed
Non stock based roms you have to wipe your data and cache
And to recover back to full stock you can use flashtool
(make sure drivers are installed and you have a FTF)
DISCLAIMER:
any destruction of your device is your doing by chosing to do this
Flashing procedure
1. Download rom
2. Put on phone storage
3. Power off phone
4. Power on the phone
5. Hit volume up when the LED lights up(down or camera works too)
6. Backup (optional + recomended)
7. Install a zip
8. Wipe dalvik n cache (if stock based)
-8. Wipe data n cache if not stock based
9. Reboot n enjoy
