Links to in the themes to the Original from Mycolorscreen? - Themer General Discussion

I am currently using the Theme titles Sky but I want to start making my own using all the tools the Original designer used...
But when I look on Mycolorscreen.com I can't find "Sky" at all and I have searched high and low.
Can we get links to the Original from Mycolorscreen in Themer when you are looking at the theme?

This is because the themes found in Themer aren't related to the themes in MyColorScreen (this might change soon though). You are still welcome to edit the widgets and change the wallpaper. This is to prevent copying themes and getting the credit for themes that the designers created, if you happened to submit to Themer.

[Q] Making themes for Theme Chooser (CM7)

Does any one know how to make a theme (apk) that will work with theme chooser? Or does any one knows for some nice themes? Any links would be great. I found some nice themes on EVO section, but they are onl for HDPI devices.
Have you checked the XDA-developers forum?
Thanks Jules! Ofcourse I've been searching on xda, but silly me haven't search under T-mobile theme engine, only Theme chooser.

Some HDPI themes can be used on our MDPI device.
I have the following themes installed:
Rover
T-MO ENGINE Themes
You can find more on the Android Development and Hacking [Android Themes] forum.
Thanks for the links, themes under first link are awsome . I just want you to ask if you have orginal DPI settings (which is 160), or you have modified it on a lower number?

AOKP webOS Theme Request

Can anyone put together a theme for AOKP's built-in theme engine that uses stock webOS icons & status bar images/colors and maybe even theme the dialer to look more webOS like. There is a theme in MIUI called we80s that is a good reference. I'm not sure if it can be ported.

Any theme can be ported, someone just needs to know how. I recommend posting this again in Android General section. Better yet, I'll just get kenny to move it there.

Difference between Themer and Buzz laucher?

I have been running Buzz laucher for some time now and just recently got a beta code to use Themer. My question would be what are the differences? So far I feel they are quite similar with the exception of Buzz having more features because it has been around longer.
Thoughts?
I dunno but if you wanna give up that code, let me know! I'll take it!

One major difference that I found out was that Buzz launcher consumes over 100MB Memory(without any widget) and Themer takes about 40-50MB even on high end theme ...
Also even in Beta stage Themer is much smoother than Buzz (transition animations).
So I guess Themer has better memory management .
Also Themer will have more Quality and Detailed Theme Gallery than Buzz (Because there are many Themers who have their themes on MyColorScreen also unlike Buzz the Theme is validated before it gets published in the Themer themes Browser)...
u dont need to download any external app like UCCW/zooper etc etc
At a first glance, I asked myself the same question... they are very similar in form and function... But I was looking for the 'widget everything' option and looks promising.
I have a question. I've modified a theme I'm using now, if I switch to another theme then go back will the original theme I modified will it be the way I left it?

Export your current theme before changing to other theme. You can get it back at Themer > My Themes > Exported.
Differences are:
1) Our themes are 100% curated. Only the best get in.
2) Themer is true one-click. User doesn't have to do anything to make the theme look just the way the designer intended.

^^ This - 1 click is literally all it takes. No further setting up of widgets is required, unless of course you want to edit the theme.
Also, with the simplicity of themer, I strongly believe that it will gain a massive community behind it once it's generally released. Plus, there's a dedicated forum on our favourite mobile development site too
What's not to like!

I see the benefits. I guess there are a few features I miss over buzz that I would like to see added.
1) Infinite scrolling of both home screens and app drawer
2) scroll transitions (more fun than fictional)
3) a less intrusive menu button capture
I also think it would be great to have an option to retain the AOSP like play store icon in the top corner of the app drawer.
Edit: One more thing I would like to see is the ability to use the theme based icons as folders or standalone app icons via the long press>edit option
Until Themer can handle my Nexus 4 in full screen mode I will be using Buzz for my themes (although I recognize that Themer has better themes etc etc).

How to download ?
Beware of ads...
On first page untick download with addon then click on download,,on next page click on download..
nice and beautiful themes
Again you need to start giving credit to the original creators of the themes you are posting on here - these themes were made by other XDA members and they have their own upload locations for the file.
Are all your posts just ripping off other people's work??
