Hello guys.....i recently bought from swappa 2 weeks ago specifically on monday 14 october actually....a red butterfly s from ZARBOZ.....the last contact we had was one day before full payment on sunday..since then no reply or anything.......i know he is not scam....he is not that type of guy...and i don;t write that to tell you to find him and tell him ship my phone....i follow him everywhere...htc elevate,xda,twitter.........since sunday he is offline from everywhere and not responding to anyone.....does anybody lives near by him????can he confirm that he is actually well in his health and everything is alright?Maybe something bad had happened to him....PLEASE GUYS...SOME HELP IF ANYONE KNOWS HIM.........Waiting Guys...

You should go head and submit whatever you need through PayPal nothing wrong with that. Nobody seems to know what happened to him but in the mean time you did pay for it so go head and sumbit the information and hopefully he's okay and hopefully you get ypur money back.

Thanks For Support...Guys you missing the big picture here...i don't care about not sending me the device...i am a follower of his projects..following him here on htc elevate and on twitter! I appreciate his work.....i just hope he's fine..as he is offline for a long long time....also if i was sure that he is alright and knew what exactly happened to him i could talk to swappa and delete the negative feedback that the moderator gave to him!!!!I know he's not scam....hope he will be fine and return back online sometime!

Wondering how long a warentee is? Is it for the life of the contra t or just for like 60 days or what? My USB has been acting up and I cleaned it and its fine...even ordered one to replace it, but if I could exchange it I would...but don't know about warentee ****.

It's spelt warranty.
And I believe the manufacturer's warranty is one year. If it were for the life of the contract, everyone would be claiming the warranty after 2 years and get a brand-spanking new phone after 2 years, contract-free.

The phone was released last fall....
It depends on whether you bought a "new" device or a "refurb." They had that sale for a while for $10 refurbs, etc. If you bought as new you get one year. If you bought as refurb you get 90 days. When replaced you always get a refurb, with at least 90 days. So if you replaced new device the first month of having it you get until the one year mark. If you get another at the 11 month mark you get 90 days from the replacement, so it can extend past the year.

Use dropbox or similar service. Problem solved. It worked for me. I agree the storage is a limitation, however everything else is perfect.
It's okay to not like a phone. But storage is something that is blatantly obvious when you buy the phone. All you've done with this thread is unnecessarily steer potential buyers away because they see another 'disappointed' thread; all because you didn't check storage before hand.

You getting 64GB's or only 32GB? Stores only seem to be stocking the 32GB silver so I'm assuming the 64GB Black will be the same way. The silver 64GB actually says "Available online only" On the product page but you can order a 64gb in a store

I prefer not to say what store I work at because I don't feel like putting myself in the position of being terminated if I accidentally reveal info no one is supposed to know. I'm in the Georgia-Carolinas market and you can search through the threads here to see how I've contributed about this phone when there was no information. If you don't appreciate the little info I can reveal, too bad. I'm not trying to be a **** but I'm not gonna take food out both my daughters' mouths cuz you want to know what my latitude and longitude coordinates are. You could easily use the same phone you posted from and give your nearest store a call.

Hey everyone. First time posting in note I forums. Only because I don't own one. But a friend does. Just wondering something on his behalf. He has att model note I. Still running gingerbread. Constantly checks for updates and always says his software Is up to date. Can someone enlighten me on the latest stock update for this device. He's running stock unrooted with no desire to root. Was just curious. Just whoever responds to this please quote me so I get a notification because I don't check these forums. Any ideas what he can do to receive an update if there is one?

call the carrier.......they should be able to do it over phone. did wifes S3 that way
go onto Samsung website, register device and it will show available upgrades and provide files.......did my Note that way
no hitch, no glitch and no sweat and they are responsible if something goes wrong right?
don't know what carrier he has, but mine is AT&T and had no issues
Kies is another way of updating without trying to find a needle in a hay stack that is a rep that knows something other then what's written down for them

Yeah the ICS update had yo be done with Kies. I couldn't do the update OTA so I called At&t and o was told that I had to do it with Kies.
