[Q] Excuse Message

Hey guys, Sup!?
Have you ever tried to slide up the EXCUSE MSG thing when you are receiving a call ? It is so slow/laggy/sluggish while dragging up. Do you have the same issue too ? Is it because of slow processor ?
Thanks
Mine slides up instantly. I have all animations enabled and I have the default excuse messages. Also, using a custom theme (check my signature) but I don't know if it matters.

wifi issue on cm9 (stable)

im using cm9 o my neo
everything is just awesome
but there is one big bug which is really annoying
wifi keeps disconnecting
before this rom i've been using GB based roms there were no such wifi issues there
so i hardly think so there is any hardware failure
for the record i've been dealing with this problem over any ics based roms
some people told me maybe you are using the wrong baseband but im using recomended basebands and kernels
anybody had this problem before ?
any solution ?
thanX

since it was working for you before, it shouldnt be a hardware issue.
Wifi is associated with the kernel, thats why I asked you to try another.
whats the issue actually? can you be more specific?

ohh..strange..why dont you check this out on another ICS rom, maybe? because cm9(even the stable version) still has bugs.. or try the fxp version..fxp133 and check with that kernel.

Need help with Oneplus x camera (2.2.0)

Hi
I got my oneplux x yesterday and I saw the 2.2.0 update and so updated it.Then I started checking camera and while taking pictures, some of them appeared distorted. Is this a common problem?I am in confusion whether to return it or wait for next update.I tried the google camera also, but result was same.Screenshot is attached.

I'm going to ask what might be a stupid question but when I got my OPX I tried the camera as well and realized the camera itself had a piece of cellophane over it could that possibly be it? Have you checked that?
If you have then disregard my question

OK I just wanted to make sure yep you have a problem. I'd download Google camera from playstore or there's another one on one of the OPX threads I think it's the theme&apps thread that has a camera that you can install without being rooted.
Then you'll be able to tell if it's the software or the device itself.

same thing happened to me after I updated to 2.2.0. I don't think it's a hardware issue, so there's no reason to ask for a replacement. After I flashed blu_spark kernel, my camera works fine - I haven't had those weird scrambled pictures. Maybe try flashing this kernel...

When I got the issue,I posted in oneplus forum and nobody replied..and here on xda i got the replies..finally I called oneplus and they told its not a software issue and to call amazon..So I did the same..Now my replacement phone is on the way..?
Is it permanent?
I have this issue occasionally. But not often.
Try Google camera or other applications?

I came across post by staff member where he told, it will be fixed in next ota. Check here
I have had a problem with the default camera as well but it doesn't always happen. The default camera app sometimes just doesn't take a picture at all as well. Apps like Camera FV-5 sometimes take pictures that when viewed are solid black/gray. Open Camera doesn't seem to have an issue though. I tried DSLR Camera too earlier today and one pic came out distorted(attached). So I'm willing to bet it's software? I'm also on OOS 2.2.0.
