Don't mean to be that guy but I'm sure most people want to record in 4k. Why not include it by default?

two questions:
CDMA or GSM?
If I am currently on 4.4.3 am I required to upgrade to 4.4.4 before I upgrade to L?
If you flash the ROM and let it boot. Then reboot recovery and then flash gapps. It works.
