That’s
were the idea was born of developing of ROM as stock as possible in terms of
design and interface. Unlike many other ROMs which focus on personalisation and
a complete makeover of the original version, we are happily leaving that to
every single user. We rather focus on eliminating existing bugs and improve the
overall performance of the original google experience.​

Guide:
1. Use CWM Recovery.
2. Wipe data/factory/cache/dalvik
3. Reboot Recovery
4. Flash zip
5. Reboot
Important:
Since
I don’t own a Nexus 5 yet, I have not been able to test the ROM myself, so
there might be some functions that might not work yet. Please feel free to
report and I will try to fix it as soon as possible.

You're really sure bro? Where u see i publish ROM for N7000 without OWN device? If u see my thread started, i do rom with my old team called VeinDroid Team, and we do ROM on i9300, N7100 and GT-P3100

Just tried CWM 6.0.4.4
got the following
Finding update package...
Opening update package..
E: Can't open /data/media/0/rom.zip (bad)
Installation aborted
I checked MD5 (D1C56D0524A7664D70F33EC02938FBE7) and it matches so I know its not a bad zip

wipe then reboot recovery and flash rom
there is an issue with wiping and flashing right after ...worked for me

Same issue; tried wiping then rebooting recovery and it still didn't work
