Just need a safestrap ROM with halo now.

Nice to see eclipse on the Moto X. I loved it back when you had a Droid X2. Could anyone post a mirror link as the website is very slow and I can't get it to download.
Edit: Never mind I got it to download! Anyone know how to fix the wifi ? I made a new rom slot wifi is turned off on my stock rom and yet when i go to rom slot one it won't let me activate wifi

Not trying to sound retarded but how do I flash this? I have rooted Verizon locked boot loader.

Sounds like you were not running the latest OTA prior to flashing. Wifi will not work otherwise.

Yea I just figured out the while process and erased it. I can't be without moto x exclusives! Active notifications and OK Google now and such. Maybe when they're added back in. Felt nice tho to be able to flash Roms. Got my fix!

@Nitroglycerin33. What changes need to be made to have this work for the us cellular variant?
US Cellular Moto X

I'm so happy to see you here. Run all your ROMs on my S4. Lol I'm so happy to see you build this the way you did! Just gotta find a kernel... Do you own a Dev edition or consumer (not sure what else to call it)?
Edit: never mind. Looks like the reg variant
Edit 2: I never found a kernel (developer edition) so I made sure not to wipe system. Using TWRP, I just went to advanced and wiped dalvik cache, cache and data. Worked great. However, if anyone knows where a VZW kernel is, let me know.

Even though this is still a beta version it runs incredibly well. The only reason it is still a beta version is that I believe that a release should be perfect before it gets called a Release Candidate. You must be currently running Ics or you need to flash the Ruu first before installing!
Important! Beta 3.2.2 has a couple of issues still and is more of a preview of RC1! The signal bars don't display your signal strength. Further updates will come in the form of OTA updates. (see below)

Android 4.1 Launcher
Google Now!
Google Ears
Jellybean Boot Animation
Superuser Access
Speed Tweaks
Senseless
AOSP Jellybean Themed
AOSP Jellybean Ringtones and Notifications
AOSP Apps
Issues:
Have to pick widget twice (Use Apex or Nova Launcher if this bothers you... I do!)
Signal bars don't display the signal strength
Wifi Calling permanently off
Installation:
You must have Ics already running on your Phone!
Always Backup First!
Complete Wipe of System and Both Caches
Flash in Recovery
Getting Further Updates:
You will now find an app called OTA updater.
I'm still experimenting with it and if it doesn't work well I may eventually just remove it.
To update, open app and it will check if there are any updates.
If there are updates it will download them, reboot, and install.
If it doesn't reboot automatically, just reboot manually into your recovery and it will install.

Yeah, kinda sucks! But I digress.
I really want to like this ROM, but every time I go to use the camera I get kinda bummed out. The HTC camera is so much nicer in comparison to the stock one

The HTC camera is a little better in terms of features... But Camera Ics (in the rom) has a couple good additional features that make it at least a little bit better than the stock Aosp camera.

I think what's really driving me crazy is the big black section where the on screen camera button is. It takes up like 1/3of the screen and makes it feel like I'm using the instagram camera.
Ok so I've seen some conflicting reports, does this have wifi calling in it or not? I know this is supposed to be as aosp as possible, but it's a nice feature to have and I would assume it would be included if t-mobile ever had a good aosp phone...so I just want to be sure.

Jeez folks, you can easily customize any ROM to your preference by installing the cam app (calender, calculator, mms) of your choice, Craig kinda makes it clear what his objective is in the ROM's he creates, then we take it from there

Ya, it is different. I'll probably make a utility add on that will let you tweak it to your liking. I'll be sure to include the Sense camera

It doesn't have wifi calling right now. Its been removed completely because the Aosp settings don't allow you to turn it on and off. I'll add an option in the utility to permanently turn in back on though.

True! But even just a year ago I had no idea how to customize apps so I get that some people just accept whatever is in a Rom.

Has anyone seen issues with the phone not roaming properly? Previous ICS base roms would let me know that I was roaming and allow me to turn off my mobile data. But this one seems to let it keep running. It also can't seem to detect my Wind Away network (roaming network). Anyone else on WIND see this issue? I'm not sure what happens with another carriers roaming networks.
Absolutely awesome work!
Has anyone noticed that the battery dies quickly

Testing
I'm loading the ROM currently to help test things out. I'll report my findings. Thanks for all the hard work!
Did notice that the boot to Recovery option in the power menu doesn't boot the Nook into CWM. Would being on CWM v5.5.0.0.4 and not the most current version cause this?
Half owner of the rom and no credits
If you want me to host the rom on the official alienroms.com page i can and also make a newer pic for the nook instead of the kindle fire.

This ROM isn't much more than stock, but I've customized it as much as possible and removed a lot of unnecessary stuff. Also, it should be noted that I've removed most Google apps as well - you can download them from the PlayStore as you wish. Remember that you flash this at your own risk. I am not responsible for you or your phone! Enjoy.
Note: After a lot of testing, I have found that in order to get the best battery life, along with great performance, I use SetCPU to set the following:
Governor: msm-dcvs
Scheduler: noop
For some reason, every other app I have used to set CPU frequencies will not set this specific governor correctly. SetCPU seems to work the best for our device. Let me know how this works out for everyone.

Hi-
Your rom has been added to the Optimus G Everything thread.
Thank you for sharing your work !
Canadians LG Optimus G is a yay or nay? Looking at recent trends, I'm gonna say nay.

That would be a nay lol
It works
Flashed and boots up nicely! Great job with this ROM!
System Settings launches fine, but selecting Home Screen within it (to change wallpaper etc) causes System Settings to stop. This seems to be the only issue within Settings, though.
Re: [ROM] GINSIXtha-v1.0 [1/27] [Optimized - Deodexed - Debloated - Customized]
That isn't a bug really. It's trying to edit settings for something that isn't even in the rom, lg home aka default launcher. That's what that settings button is trying to open, and it freaks out when there's nothing there.
Sent from my LG-E970 using xda premium
This is great, flashed it and love all the customizations. Will report back if any bugs are encountered or any problems arise. Thanks a lot.

This is because I removed the LG Home apk and the settings can't access it. Just don't use that menu.

Heh I figured that might have been why it was happening. Thought it'd be good to just cover all the bases just in case.
I seriously didn't think this phone could run any smoother, but somehow it feels like it does!

I'll be testing all day today. No issues since late last night.

I did remove it. If you want it back, just pull it from another ROM. Just take the apk from system/app.

Did a clean install all my issues are gone. I have no problems so far it is very smooth and clean. I have to do a new build to get rid of inject twrp and download mode. If you haven't noticed I have twrp default install location to be the SD card. I got tired of navigating to it.

Most smooth aosp on s4 I've flashed so far. Seriously smooth.
This (pic) happens sometimes on launcher. The icons go away so not a big deal but they do get stuck at times.
Also, is there a way to increase icon size on launcher home screens? General settings, I see it now
Am I trippin' or are the icon sizes off? GoogleSettings and flashsettings are too big, right? I have different icon sizes on other drawer pages too, just no screenshot for ya.

The launcher has a setting to change the icon size, but for some reason the Google settings icon isn't playing nice. Maybe try a different launcher like Apex or Nova to see if the icons still stick
