[Update]Nexus 5 Kitkat Icon pack[V2 added]] - Galaxy Y GT-S5360 Themes and Apps

Hi guys, i have made this flashable package of Nexus 5 Kitkat Icon pack. Hope u will like it.
NOw updated to V2. NEw Icons added. Might not be same as of Kitkat but it`s very cool.

Instructions
1.Goto CWM and mount system
2. Flash the icon pack u downloaded from attachment.

It'll work with Both Stock & Holo Launcher

works well with my sgy duos on stock rom...
one suggestion to op-
pls make the icons more clear...they are quite blurr at present....

@KnightlyNinja i am having a prb. i flashed the v2 icon pack,every icon is changed except the messege icon.i am on galaxy y duos using the S4 launcher.screenshot attached.

either u may change it mannually using ninja morph or upload the messaging app here so that i may do that for u.

It is nok work in JelyHome but work in holo launcher,touch wix,asop etc

Not work on lenox v2.1.1, It make bootloop!

Bootloop is not due to my icon packs. actually update 2.1.1 of lenox rom has error. after flashing update 2.1.1 if u flash any icon pack it gives bootloop. To avoid it change the tw30launcher with another touchwiz launcher.

yeah it works on odexed rom because it changes only pngs of icons...
