you can remove this, if you want
Chrome (this is browser, use opera for better performance)
Google Play Movies & TV (video player, there's so much option and better),
Google search(safe to remove., but you'll never better than this, so i recommend, keep it)
Google+(save to remove, if you need it, keep it, if not, it's safe removed
LG Tag+ (some kind like tag editor, should be safe)
Olleh app. (keep it, never heard it)
Olleh cs ( keep it, never heard it)
Olleh Market (like playstore i think, if you doesn't have playstore on your device, don't remove it)
Olleh Navi (it's like Google map, n safe to removed)
Olleh Touch Navi (it's like Google map, n safe to removed)
Talk (same like Google+)
Weather( same like Google+)
Youtube (same like Google+)

Freeze for now
I highly recommend freezing the apps you wish to remove in Titanium Backup Pro first and then use the device for a few days to ensure there are no unwanted side effects. Some of the devices functions may rely on an app you choose to remove, even if it isn't obvious. The advantage to a freeze is simply that it will not start on boot up, nor will any of it's processes run in the background, and it is removed from the app drawer as well as any shortcuts will not show up. After that, you can choose to wipe the data and uninstall should you have no issues with an apps removal. You can also save a backup in TB Pro just in case.
Chrome, Google+, and Hangouts are safe to remove. Did this on my GS4.

Thanks all for the reply.
Actually i rooted my phone some months ago and than i deleted(not uninstalled) the Google chrome. I restarted my phone but unfortunately it stucked on the LG Logo while booting. Then I go to repair shop and he cost me 35 Dollars for repairing it.
Now I want to root it again and therefore I need serious replies from the experienced people. I don't wan to make my phone damaged again.

[Q] Remove app from Android Market 'My Library'

So I use the Amazon app store and GetJar for free 'paid' apps. Some of these apps are showing up in "My Library" on my Google Android Market account. Is there a way to remove them from the Android Market account?
One recent problem is Wave Launcher which used to be free on GetJar. I don't see it listed anymore on GetJar and I can't even buy it from the Android Market since it thinks it's already purchased (but declines the 'install' saying it's not purchased). A 'delete' button like in the Amazon app store library would solve all of this...
Short of changing google accounts, I don't see any options on how to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? The problem is on my market library, not my phone (I know how to remove market links, etc.). Thanks.
I to have this problem its very annoying their has to be a way to clean it up.
I actually used the 'report' app function on the google market and got a reply back. They have "forwarded your case to a specialist to begin working to resolve your issue as soon as possible". We'll see what comes of it. Amazon's app store has a simple delete button in that library. It doesn't seem like that would be too hard to implement.
did you ever get a reply for this?
would love to be able to remove all the apps i just simply try for the sake of testing and i want them gone.....
listen to your users G!
I believe Titanium Backup can do this if you are rooted.

On the website I don't see an option, but it is possible on your phone.
I am not sure if all versions of the play store have this option (I am using Jelly Bean 4.1.2):
When I open the play store on my phone I can remove previous installed apps from the list.
Go to: Play Store > My Apps > All
There you can remove an app by tapping the Ø icon

Yeahp. It works.
I deleted some yesterday on my mobile, but they were still on my web "Other apps in my library".
Today, I deleted some again and reloaded the webpage. They disappeared.
Thanks for the tip.
Ok, maybe it needs some time to sync. Great it works!

I have this issue as well--phone app has no provision for deleting the apps, on JB ROM.

How do I remove apps to be able to purchase through sale?

I have a few "less than legal" apps, I want to remove them (including the false "Purchased" status from the Market) so that I can legitimately purchase them. Can anyone help?
The easiest way is to just uninstall them and then buy them. This may remove user data. Another way would be to use titanium backup to detach the app from market so that you can buy it, otherwise it will show as already installed. This method will let you keep user data.
Questions about "less than legal apps" can and will get you flamed on xda.
Since you are trying to legitimately purchase them, I decided to help you out by answering your question.
Assuming you are rooted, the best way is to download the free version of titanium backup and deleted them though that app. Be careful that you know what you are deleting with it, you can delete vital files if you just go on a deleting spree!
You could also goto Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All >
Find the app, and delete it from there.
Thank you, I wasn't trying to break the rules. I am rooted, have TB, and have tried detaching from Market, uninstalling, wiping Market data/cache/updates, but it still shows Purchased and won't allow me to buy it.

Did you clear data on the app in TB? Not sure what else to try. Cannot be of any more help sorry.
I'm having the same problem. I had only one application and now I want to buy it. How can I? I tried uninstalling apps, Detaching using Titanium backup etc. Problem is even after the Google play store listing this as Purchased.
Let me begin by saying that I in no way condone pirating apps and such, but since you are changing your ways...
Try wiping data and uninstalling apps, then add or create a new google account in Settings>Accounts. Then go to Market (Google Play, whatever), hit the menu button, click Accounts and switch it to your new account, and go get the apps that you want to legitimately aquire..
The down sides are that you can only use a CC with the 2nd accnt to make purchases, and u got to keep and worry about two diff accounts when changing roms and whatnot.
You can't change the purchased status on the google server, In other words you are screwed, unless you want to email google with your problem and have them change it (not advised)
the two options you have is : make a new google account and loose everything you have now or find an alternative app that does the same (better or worse)
Here's a though : E-mail the developers.
Ask if there is a way you can send them the money directly (paypal, money order, etc)
to make up for the fact that you now have purchased status in the market.
They are humans like you and I, and my understand and even appreciate your honesty and intention for bringing it up. They may even let you off the hook! Make sure you apologise , of course.

This is how you solve it mate (remember to thank )
The way to get around this issue on both Gingerbread & ICS is as follows:
Wipe Market data, uninstall market (or uninstall market updates)
Install old version of Market (version 2.3.6 - you need to find the .apk from XDA)
Open old version of Market and buy/download the app
Tada!
This worked for me.. I was in a similar situation! Trust me you don't need to contact Google or create another account or any of that mallarky! Just do the three steps above and your laughing!

If you completely remove the Market/GoogPlay and reinstall, you're going to lose any other apps that you already legitimately paid for.. aren't you? I was going to do this but I was afraid to lose the more expensive apps that I purchased if I wiped the Market from my system..
I had a couple of non-market apps that I wanted to pay for through the market, and two gmails anyway so, I figured why not...
All apps from both accounts show up on my phone together, they are only separate when I go into the market - but that's why they have an Accounts button in the menu, right?

UPDATE: I just received a reply email from a game dev and their response said it was Google's issue and there's no fix yet, but they advised me to another xda thread:

Finally got it working!! It seems that on old Market versions this bug did not exist. So I did the following:
Method 1:
1. Go to Settings\Applications\Manage applications\All\
2. Look for "Market" or "Google Play Store"
3. Click on "Uninstall Updates"
4. Now go to the Market (should be the old green/white version) and install your desired app. It should no longer say "Purchased" and Presto!!
But you have to be fast before the market updates itself to "Google Play Store" or you can freeze the "Market Updater" app using Titanium Backup so you can do your thing without worring of it updating to the new version.
Method 2:
Find an old Market apk and replace the current one. Not sure which version it works because once I purchased my app it immediately updated the market and didn't give me chance to see the version .Should be the green/white app we had before.
Hope it works for you guys too!

I wanted let everyone know that I added a 2nd google account and purchased the apps through that - worked like a charm - then removed the account, and the apps from the removed account are still there after reboot.. if I ever need to update, just add the other account again..

[Q] How to delete OJSC Mobile Telesystems?

I installed a lovely new rom (AGABEY) and went onto Play Store and noticed there was an app called MTC by OJSC Mobile Telesystems.
I understand it may be down to either Samsung or the Developer of the rom to query this but I searched and had no joy.
Has any one came across this and managed to remove it?

Me too.
This came up for me too, last night, but I'm running stock Touchwiz/gingerbread 2.3.3.
I've rooted and unlocked my phone and have Clockworkmod but that's it.
Phone is a gt-i9100m running KG2. Carrier is Virgin Canada.
I'm more concerned about why this is came up. The app of course wants every permission in the book. Has my carrier, or phone, been compromised?
I'm super paranoid about giving Superuser. The only app with an automatic Accept is Terminal Emulator. So it's not some rogue root usage causing this.
Turns out this is a bug in the market, where carrier-provided apps on your phone will confuse the market into thinking they are a different, existing Market application.
Unsure whether doing this update would replace the carrier-provided app, whichever it is, with this strange Russian one..
Google "Karoges" for more details on a similar issue, where a test app shows up in place of the stock Samsung video player.
Regardless of whether this is harmless or a potential vector for attack, it needs to be resolved on Google Play's end. I submitted a Bug feedback, please do the same if you come across this!

I noticed that test app aswell. I tried a few apps with freezing. (Rom Toolbox) but that didn't display it. I will give Titanium a go but I have a feeling it won't display the two apps (Unless you have had success then thank you!).
Only time you really notice it is when your on the new Google Play with the two options in "My Apps". "Installed" and "All".
I have not seen it since 2.3.3 but then again i have no stock rom since then .
Is it actually on your phone if so it should be locatable on a rooted phone .

I deleted the 'AP mobile' App but this is still in my apps list waiting for an update. Its strange that I couldn't see this in my installed apps list from the Google Play Store, but an update is waiting.
The only app from OJSC Mobile Telesystems in the app store is their MTS Voicemail+ app, which is russian language only. May be the default voicemail app on my phone is bugged.
Update:
It doesnt install even if you download.
This has just turned up on my GS2 (Tmobile UK) , I can't get rid of it and I'm not rooted . Would appreciate some help in getting rid of this, as I think it is a virus.
It has appeared in my updates too, seems a lot of people have it turning up in the google play store to be updated. I just flagged it also!

Freezing the social hub (rather than removing it) seems to be good enough to persuade the unwanted app to disappear from Google Play.
I presume this is popping up because we've installed an Eastern European ROM

Samsung Apps

Hey guys,
I just bought my note today after wanting it for some time.
question, my Samsung apps app won't open. All it does is go directly to google play. It says the application needs an update. But when I try updating google market tells me the app isn't available for my carrier. (att).
What's going on here? I'm trying to download some note specific apps. Like zen brush with pressure sensitivity.
What are some good drawing apps. And is there any way to calibrate the pen?
Thanks everyone

Not sure about the Samsung apps. can you uninstall then re install? I heard one way that might help the pen is to change the dominant hand to ur non dominant then back to your dominant. I haven't tried it. Try Monkey Write...you can learn Chinese.

When you pull up "My Apps" in the Play store menu, does it show Samsung Apps as being installed? When you then click on it what options does it give you? Open/Uninstall? Open/Upgrade?
If there is an upgrade it should be available from there.
Many of the stock apps can be updated but require manually searching for each one, tapping on the app, then tapping the install / update button. Note that once an app is manually updated, you no longer need to search manually to update them in the future, they will show up as 'Installed' under My Apps. Alternatively, if you have Titanium Backup (requires root), you can link all the apps on your phone to the market which will allow all of these apps listed below to be listed under the 'My Apps' in the Playstore (which will allow you to tap 'Update All' button instead of manually searching one by one for each).
Stock apps that can be manually updated:
Adobe Flash Player
AT&T Navigator: GPS navigation
Featured Apps (Phone)
Gmail
Google Play Books
Google Play Music
Google Search
Kies Air
(Google) Maps
Media Hub-ATT 4G Smartphones
S Memo
Samsung Apps
Street View on Google Maps
Talkback
(Google) Voice Search
Youtube
YP Yellow Pages & Gas Prices
Try updating Samsung Apps and Featured Apps first.
Also, you might need to delete your Google account information (Accounts under Settings and long press on your account) and then re-add your account information (which can be done in the same screen OR by launching the market and you will then be prompted to re-enter your account information).
Oh, maybe also try clearing the data for the market (settings->Applications, 'All' button at the top, scroll to market and tap it, force stop, clear cache, clear data) and restart the market. The market does receive over the air updates automatically from Google and if the market on your phone isnt current, it could cause wonky issues. The way I usually force an update is to first clear the market data, launch the market and wait for it to fully load. Check the version number. If it isnt current, reboot and relaunch the market. Repeat rebooting and relaunching the market until its current (worst case scenario it took me 3-4 reboots).
Current version of the market is 3.5.16 (for the AT&T Note on STOCK firmware - it will be different depending on your phone model and Android version so if you have another phone or a different OS aside from the stock Gingerbread rom, it may not match this version number) and you can check this by opening the market, tap the menu button, hit settings, and scroll all the way to the bottom.
If all else fails, try a factory reset. Its a new phone so you shouldnt have much to backup before you do so (Settings->Privacy). This will require you to re-update the market (see above). Im almost positive any previously updated stock apps will have to be re-updated as well.
And, I should have probably asked this at the top, the Note you bought, did you buy it at the AT&T store or is it an unlocked Note you bought somewhere else?
Im running saurom and i also cant download samsung apps or note optimized apps such as zen brush or omnisketch. I have tried clearing play store data but still nothing. It keeps saying your device is not compatible
Okay well can't clear any Samsung apps data from application manager.
Google play is latest version. Samsung apps isn't under my installed apps. When I search for it I get an open or update option. When I update get the same error saying not available on your carrier.
When I open it. Get an error message saying not able to connect to market for update.
I'm attaching the screen I get in Samsung apps.
Phone isn't rooted yet. And wouldn't like to do a reset.
Does anyone have an Apk for Samsung apps or for the Samsung s pen enabled zen brush or omni sketch?

Still not able to do anything with Samsung apps. seems to be an issue multiple people are having. For some reason changing the dpi with a rooted app fixes google play issues.

Okay guys well I have a fix.
All I had to do was uninstall the update for google play in application manager.
So then play turned back into the market. Logged into the market looked up and downloaded Samsung apps no problem then updated google play.
Seems like there's a dpi issue with google pay. That's why there's an app that changes dpi (root required) that also fixes google play issues.

That's good you got your Samsung apps working. My dpi is stock its 320. My Samsung apps started working but the apps inside dint work if you get what I'm saying. Like when I click on some apps to download them it says my device is incompatible. Has this happened to you? I think it's a dpi issue in the play store but my dpi is stock and I even un installed store data but it still doesn't work. Do you have a fix for this?

Did you try what was suggested? Open Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->'ALL' Tab at the top->Market->Uninstall Updates.
Then relaunch the market and let it update.
There are occasionally issues with the market not converting to the Play store as well, for this, you need to remove your account and re-add it (Settings->Accounts->Long Press on your account->Remove Account. After removing your account, reboot and in re-open the market and you'll be prompted for that information.

Open TB and tap the menu button, Im not 100% sure where it is but you are looking for Market Doctor (I think its under tools or more, like the lower right option in the menu that comes up). Tap that and there will be a dialog for what type of apps you want to link to the market. Tap the System+User apps option.
Yes ive done those steps. I have tried removing my account and reinstalling it as well as clearing play store data. Everything works except its the same as last time some apps dont install from samsung apps and they are the spen optimized apps, it still says device incompatible and when i just try searching in the play store they dont even show up.
Okay so I used titanium backup market doctor to link my Samsung apps to the store because it wasn't showing up before. I linked it and a notification came up successfully saying it was linked but when I looked in the play store it wasn't linked and it didn't show up. When I search for Samsung apps in play store it doesn't show up and when I google to get a link to play store it says the device is incompatible (same thing happens with apps like zen brush and omni Sketch). I also checked my dpi it is stock and hasn't changed.

I would suggest a factory reset then from within whatever current rom you are using.
Ill see if I can figure anything out.
Best drawing app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pogi.DrawingPad&hl=en
Has pressure sensitivity.. worth the price.
Under ICS pressure does not work though, but works perfect on stock / GB roms.

So i kept doing the wipe data uninstall google play and like on the 6th time opening the app ( i couldnt find it on the market/play store) it prompted me to do an update and it started installing and i checked automatically update. After it was done it finally worked however i still dont see it on my installed apps in the play store? Is this a problem? Should i worry that it doesnt show up?

[Q] Can I delete these pre-installed apps from my LG Optimus F3 safely?

Hello all, I am new to rooting and I just rooted my LG Optimus F3. I was wondering, I can delete the following system applications safely? I understand that some system apps are needed for your device to function properly. Are these apps needed?
-Dictionary
-Google Play Books
-Google Play Games
-Google Play Magazines
-Google Play Movies & TV
-Google Play Music
-Google+
-Mobile ID
-Quick Translator
-(Virgin Mobile) The Feed
-Virgin - Discover Apps
-Weather
-Weather Theme
Thanks for any help.
You can delete them all. All the Google apps can be downloaded from the market any way. Use something like root Explorer and delete from system/app. You can also delete the associated libs if you want and the data folders.

I'm not so sure the other member's comment is true for your phone. I've had to help a friend with an Optimus who soft bricked his for with the security error from uninstalling some of the built in Google Apps. Samsung and LG do things differently in that regard. Please do a nandroid and / or understand how to restore your phone if need be. It really makes more sense to just disable or freeze them anyway as the end result is the same - gone from the launcher, unable to run, doesn't use RAM. You don't get the space back for other usable things unless you move other apps into /system/app but there can be other issues with that.
ohh...yes you can uninstall pre-installed
Apps using cleanmaster application..download from playstore
Most likely it'd be fine to uninstall those Google apps.

Please refer to my post a couple above yours. It is not always the case with LGs. OP should proceed with caution.
As you mentioned OP should backup in first instances then proceed. But I've been rooting since my DHD and have had no issues deleting such files on any of the HTC, Samsung & Nexus devices I've had but then again I've never owned a native LG phone but I assume it should be the same.

Not a safe assumption. There are plenty of threads about this subject on various LG phones (not all) and I've personally dealt with it from a friend who messed up his phone from uninstalling some Google apps.
That's fine then like I said I've not owned any outright LG skin based phones. But I don't see the issue of deleting Google apps from system/app. The mentioned apps are available to download from the Play store. OP you can try converting the said apps to user apps then uninstalling that way. Titanium backup can do this or other apps. If you delete Android dependent Google apks and libs then it will cause such issues like Google Framework or Google Play Services and such.

4 different phones. All removed Google apps. All bricked with the LG Security Error. I found these in 2 minutes. Android is very different across carriers, manufacturers, updates, etc.
The reason why was my phone was starting to slow down a little. So I froze them and that did the trick. Phone speed up after that.
Thanks Guys
