If you can't search under original Android development section, then you have a problem.
You can also download "agile lock" from playstore, it can give toot the same effect without flashing.

Download agile lock. That's the only thing that can do that on Miui ROM

Sorry thats only for XWLPT samsung based rom not miui, I dont know about miui

I really need help
I'm struggling to root my S7562
I follow every step of this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1952743
but I get unusual error...
Cant mount internal sd card in clockwork recovery
I've tried to mount it from "mounts and storage"
but still it says: cant mount /emmc or something like this
I see that there's almost nothing for this device (like: no custom roms, kernels and the other stuff)
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
I've flashed several firmwares from odin. Even the old stock roms but still no luck :|
I get same error everytime...

The best place to start is in your device specific forum. On a galaxy y duos platform, I think you will struggle to make a Jelly Bean based ROM and I don't see any JB ROMs in the Galaxy Y Duos Development forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1749
