Hello,
Is this a ROM for Europe Open? Is this LG stock rooted?
Sent from my LG-E610 using xda app-developers app

This one is flashable thru recovery or its a KDZ?
if its a kdz can anyone make a recovery flashable version?

Here are some fast links to V20J prerooted in .KDZ format for Optimus L5:
Part1: http://www11.zippyshare.com/v/73279223/file.html
Part2: http://www11.zippyshare.com/v/10079761/file.html
You can update using guide here: http://translate.google.ro/translat...h-di-firmware-originali-lg-serie-optimus.html
Note: Read all that guide before proceeding.
After the installation, you can easily install CWM Recovery using app here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2567368

To clear up my case:
The original ROM of my phone was actually e612g 4.0 JB for Claro Dominicana.
Then I flashed it to Europe Open v20g 4.1, which worked perfectly.
Does this give you any more thoughts about my possible future adventure into "e610v"?
Thanks

You shouldn't have any problems, if the update goes ok, your phone should work just fine.

I was able to open the files with WinRAR. Bad luck for 7zip

Glad to hear that everything worked fine.

I'm using Superuser, but I found this(you can try the instructions in post #4, for SuperSU): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1965781
May I ask why do you want to replace it with another su app?

I always had problems with Superuser. I switched to SuperSU because of this reason. For example, just some minutes ago I ran it, and it crashed afterwards.
I have been always using SuperSU without any issues.

Well, did it work?

Samsung Ace GT-S5839i keeps rebooting

Hi Guys,
I've received an Samsung Ace GT-5839i and it keeps booting all the time.
I've already done factory restore, rooting with vodafone pt and samsung official roms and it keeps cycling.. I've 2.3.6 official with SU root.
I've used odin 3.0.7
Imagine you are not using the phone, sometimes it reboots... I don't know if its a software problem or hardware since some people have the same...
Can someone point me to fix the problem? Maybe a 2.3.7 awesome and simple rom? I don't know, something that fix this !"$!#$!$ and keep it simple
THANKS!
After flashing stock rom, go to recovery mode and wipe everything. Phone will start.

1. open link2sd app (or any other app which allow you to freeze/unfreeze apps). if u don't have link2sd, download the apk and install it..
open it then find Play Store Application Installer
unfreeze it and reboot..
that should solve the problem.
if that doesn't work then, download the apk "cache fixer" and install it.
open the app
move cache to data.
and you are good to go :good:
2. make sure you have biel's cm specific kernel..

Unfortunately the upgrade didn't work for me. I always get the message "Der Einrichtungsassistent wurde beendet" ("first time init has been stopped"?) in an endless loop after entering the PIN. I tried several times. With a wipe of /data /cache the new build seems to work. But I wanted to keep my settings etc. so I went back.

It works. Instead of flashing zip, I created a folder in system/priv-app called "LgNextCapture" and placed the next capture APK in it, rebooted and done:
(XDA labs had an error, here's a screenshot of the screenshot, lol)
Thank you!!

Thanks. Now the long screenshot is working but the quickmemo is not working yet. I will download another app like evernote to replace quickmemo+.
I confirm this works on the T-Mobile H918 super v Rom 10u. Works excellent. Thanks OTO5!!!!
My V20 T-mobile H918 Alpha Omega rom can activate Capture+ for extended screen shot. I just flash the zip file by TWRP. Thank you so much. But right now LG Quick memo is force close.
It's working on superv20 4.1 on an H990DS (before I was using superv20 3.1).
So has anyone got this to work with quick memo?
