-> install it vial CWM and enjoy
-> else, open the zip file copy the bootanimation.zip and replace it with a file browser.

How to install:
rename archive to bootanimation.zip
copy bootanimation.zip to /system/media. set permissions to644.
Reboot and enjoy.

Steps for installation:
