Hi Developers, This is a request thread for custom ROM for Gionee Elife E6. The phone has some amazing hardware specifications but the Amigo OS that which comes with the phone has a lot of bloatware and lags like hell.
If some of you developers can look into this phone, it would be great. Please let me know if you need any assistance from my end.

Can we put the Walton primo X2 rom on to Gionee E6.
I have seen the specs on the walton primo website and it seems to be a rebranded gionee e6.
Can we put the walton Rom on E6 stat, without any modification.
I love the Vanilla flavor of android, which is on this rom.
If its possible then it would be great to have a vanilla rom, I dont care if the boot logo says Walton instead of Gionee...

You can directly put Walton Primo X2 firmware in Gionee E6. It works fine. X2 is a better option if you don't like AMIGO UI and other bloat-wares.

I'm using Qmobile quatro z4 it has similar specs like gionee elife e6. I'm facing problem in gaming. it plays so clear games like asphalt 7 but this game slags badly. this game I played on Qmobile noir A10 it works so amazing on that mobile which has 512mb ram and 1G.h dual core processor and jellybeans 4.1 but same version slags on my mobile. it has 2 g.b ram and 1.5 turbo processor and jellybeans 4.2.1please help anyone

try this rom, i am using it on my z4, and playing asphault 8, its perfectly running, also there are no lags in the rom, its sooo smooth,u will love it, alot of customization, and weekly OTA updates, but try at ur own risk, cox i dont know, whether u will be able to do it or not,

camera crash
reat guide dear... i tried to port color os v2 for my gionee e6 mtk6589t........ everything working except camera..... i tried to fix by replace lib files but not succeed.
camera is working on widget but not in app... custom camera app is also not working i.e lenovo super cam

1. i have 13mp cam & the rom i take for port is having 8mp camera & developer did some patching with camera app.

I am using a mobile name QMobile Noir Z3 which is duplicate copy of Gionee Elife E5 according to my research. Both are MTK6589T same processor and other hardware specification along with the Graphics card.
I am trying to flash the custom ROM of Gionee Elife E5 which I downloaded from a trusted website on my QMobile Noir Z3 but I am not an advance user so I am not quite sure that will work correctly or not. That why I need some help from an expert. I will be very thankful.
I can not post any link because I am new user. kindly check both mobile specifications.

I have found an official kitkat 4.4.2 update for gionee e3 and I want to know if that will work on my gionee e5. The phones have almost same hardware. If you know other rom that work on e5, feel free to share. :good:
Gionee E3 has many latest ROMs being developed, while Gionee E5 has non. Its still stuck at 4.2 while android M is being released for Gionee E3. Can someone explain if I can flash the ROM developed for E3 on E5. Both the phones have almost similar specifications.

My phone is Qmobile Z6, which is the same as Gionee Elife S5.5. Both have the same processor and everything else is same. The phone is just rebranded by Qmobile. I found a CWM Recovery [CWM_Carliv_V6_KK.img] which is ported for Gionee Elife S5.5. Remember, both the phones have the same hardware and equal specs, I don't know about the software. Does that mean I can flash that recovery for my Qmobile Z6?
