But yes u can use launcher nd in setting u can stop wallpaper scrolling..
Otherwise no option...

Use 'static wallpaper' application from playstore! Download and select the wallpaper of your choice and select from live wallpapers.

Hey guys jellybean rom for funbook alpha is here Just go to the login or register n then download the from jellybean one After that flash it via live suit Once done for touch screen to work Downlad these drivers.. Follow the instructions on site run the bat file  let it get instal once done reboot N enjoy  Link for fun book alpha driver
