Hopefully your phone is rooted, if it is download Rom manager. On the main screen almost half way down there is a tab that says "Partition Drive"
In there you should be able to format/create and or merge partitions.

What rom are you using? Try deleting some system apps which are not required. Also, try doing a full wipe in CWM.

Stock rom.....no dude all are necessary apps.how do i know the unimportant files which are there in /system/lib, /system/etc,.....
I may delete the unnecessary. Apps but how to delete the files related to that app present in other than system folder????

Hmmmm....
FYI : all stock rom is full with bloatware....you need to remove/uninstalled those bloatware if you want a light weight roms that has plenty of memory space in system and internal memory...
to remove those apps you need root explorer (for deleting only) or search in google store for apps called System Cleanup that can remove/backup (full or just the app) unwanted apps in your system files....both app need root so make sure you have rooted your phone....

Even a bloated stock rom still has some free space. It cannot be absolutely full. I suggest that you backup your apps with titanium backup, contacts by exporting to sd card and flash a clean stock .587 ftf.

uninstall one of your game or launcher and install link2sd.
see this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1432459
Use an app like SystemCleanup (free). You can delete system apps that you don't need and it suggests which one should or shouldn't be deleted.
If I delete system app then its files will also be deleted or not?????

Normally yes, but you could wipe the data of the app first and then delete the .apk from /system

The game's size is 1.1 gb and u just have 800 mb of internal storage left. That's y u were unable 2 install it. Move all ur apps 2 the external storage and try again. If that's not possible, try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2784799, but it requires ur phone 2 be rooted. Hit thanks if I helped

Do u use CM or stock ? Try using a different apk. Or wipe ur data and try again. I once had this issue and wiping the data fixed it.

NBA 2k14 is 1.1gb and u have only 768 mb internal storage.it will install only in internal and the if there is a option then u can move it to sd card.Try moving all apps and games to sd card then u'll have space to install..

Since u say u hav 1.3 gb internal memory free, try installing it from the play store. Also, u said u got App Not Installed error. Did u try installing a different apk while u had already installed one ? That cud hav caused a signature mismatch prob.

Yes install busybox then
click on menu - troubleshooting - removefixes and backups (insufficient storage available). Please notice you need your device to be rooted.
Or it automatically says you 1 deodex is left then clean it after reboot your prblm is fixed.

Try flashing stock firmware/rom through odin and reset phn after flashing
Or
Download busybox or luckypatcher apk and copy into system/app and reboot
After reboot they are installed then try to fix.

Sent from my GT-S5282
Some days ago I had installed an app and patched it via Lucky Patcher. Then uninstalled that app few days later. But then when I wanted to reinstall that app I got this 'out of space' problem....
Then I opened Lucky Patcher and lp automatically deleted the unused .odex....
Then my problem was solved.
So try this...if u don't find odex file..
Sent from my GT-S5282 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
You need a file explorer for this..
Go to device-----> system ----->app and there u will find the odex file....
