When you are in menu, pull the page a little. You will see 3 dots at the right top of the page. Open it then click 3rd one. Wou will see 4x5.

I know you can do it from app drawer but what about the desktop or home screens.. I don't see an option for that

That was never an option in the Sense 5 Rom UI's that I ever saw. The app drawer options yes but not prism homescreen. This was baked into several ROMs though. The capability is there. You probably need to pull a modded prism.apk or modify it yourself to get 4x5 homescreen and swap it in system. If odex'd you'll probably need to mode the file from that OTA rom.

[Q] App scrolling

Whenever one clicks on the show all apps icon (bottom left button next to phone) and all the apps are up, is there any way to change the way you scroll through the apps without it being sectioned in grid mode?
In the og evo I know one could scroll and stop at any given point but with the new software it seems like you have to go by sections.
A great new sense 3.0 feature

While looking at the app drawer, hit menu and choose list mode is your only other option in sense. It scrolls smooth then at least

I give up
I think hes trying to say that he wants a launcher that hides the screen number indicator.
Like your clock widget.
What's it called?

Either Apex or Nova. I use them before, but don't remember which one.
That's a feature of most launchers. I'm using go launcher and can hide them. I don't think you can do it in the TW launcher though.

Any cool DNA tricks to share?

so does anyone have any cool little DNA tricks that they found out? I just realized that you can pinch to zoom in the battery info graph built into sense now... so you can expand and see each hour or shorten it to get your full day view. pretty neat!

I just found out (most everyone probably already knows) that you can pinch the homescreen to show all of them.

Me neither. Neat feature.
I have to say that I really am enjoying this latest version of Sense. It's a LOT less intrusive than past versions, and doesnt seem to have any major impacts on battery life.
It's like they took out all the crappy nonsense no one liked, allowed android to shine through where its better, and kept only the useful features of Sense. I like it.

For apps with long lists of items like music or messaging, you can scroll through by letter or date by using two fingers at once.
On the call screen before making a call. Press menu and you can open a fullscreen keypad for dialing
I know most probably know this but:
Once you fill up all 5 screens you can attempt to add another app or widget and it will populate a new blank screen for you. Also if you pinch to zoom at one of the home screens, it will give you an option at the top to add a panel (screen).

(SOLVED) Remove Sense 5 Shortcut HELP

does anyone know how to remove the lock screen shortcuts on Sense 5. i changed my DPI to 320 and the lockscreen shortcuts are all missed up. i am using Nova Launcher as my launcher and not the HTC Sense.
Re: Remove Sense 5 Shortcut HELP
You need to go into the sense launcher and remove the applications from the dock.

Re: Remove Sense 5 Shortcut HELP
Already tried that. There's just a "uninstall" icon that comes up from the top.

Can't believe I can't figure this out. Even looked in the online users manual.
How do I rearrange and change the lock screen apps?
They are whatever you have set on the bottom dock of the stock launcher.
