Installation instruction
Locked Bootloader P
1) Flash stock 6.2.A.1.100 firmware
2) Root and install CWM
3) Download the rom and copy it to your sd card
4) Boot into CWM
5) Wipe Data/Factory reset
6) Wipe cache and dalvik-cache partition
7) Flash the rom
8) Reboot and let it settle 5 minutes (leave the phone working without touching it)
9) Reboot one more time
10) Install back CWM
11) Done!
Unlocked Bootloader P
1) Flash stock 6.2.A.1.100 firmware
2) Flash Custom kernel (Nemesis is recommended)
3) Boot into CWM
4) Wipe Data/Factory reset
5) Wipe cache and dalvik-cache partition
6) Flash the rom
7) Reboot and let it settle 5 minues (leave the phone working without touching it)
8) Reboot one more time
9) Done!
Remember to make nandroid backup before flashing.

A: If you got an locked bootloader phone, follow the instruction over this two thread Root and CWM. If you got an unlocked bootloader phone, install this kernel.
Q: Is this rom stable enough for daily use?
A: Absolutely.

A: Post a screenshot for that or post a logcat.

The Rom iitself is 2.3.7 but has ICS User interface and xperia S features. Try enabling software rendering btw. Also what have you got to lose? Backup your current system and If you don't like this then restore.

There is a brilliant speed and if you want a little more of a push if your using demanding apps like a n64 emulator you can overclock but it isn't needed. The gamepad and touchpad work in everything I've tested.

Rom is actual 2.3.7 built and modeled with ICS and Xperia S UI and features. Not a theme, includes system apps and such. Keep in mind this is only a Lite version the heavy version is still to come.

-Flash ICS .54 Stock ROM if coming from cm or cm based roms
NO NEED TO FLASH STOCK ROM AGAIN IF ON STOCK BASED ROM
-Download the ROM.
-Download the kernel
-Copy the ROM and kernel to your phone's SD card
-Boot in recovery by pressing volume UP button continuously at the Sony Logo.
-Flash kernel and reboot
-Wipe cache, dalvik cache and factory reset through CWM
-Flash the ROM
-Wipe data again
-DONT FIX PERMISSION and no need also the rom takes care of it
-Restart your device
-if it asks to fix su hit yes
-During setup it will ask to shutdown
-WHN IT ASKS TO SHUT DOWN DURING FIRST BOOT DO IT
-On restart finish the setup and keep the phone aside for 2 minutes so that all the modes and rom gets to settle and adjust itself
-Untick the pc companion option in xperia/connectivity to be able to use MTP And MSC
-***WHN u boot u will notice no camera therefore follow these instructions to get camera back

2)Whenever you feel like ur phone is getting slow even at 1.3ghz with best governors use boost my xperia and
according to ur preferences like mulittasking,gaming or just free ram
3)Do not use ram tweakers or boosters as they eat more ram then they conserve
4)if you feel like battery drain is too much you can always use different frequencies and governors
5)then to if you are not satisfied use different kernel

first trial i'm using stock rom .587 and not succesfull
now i'm using .13 and successfully to install this custom rom..
rom is very smooth n good looking. like it so lot. thanks to dev master.. :good::good:
my suggestion : can u make transparent status bar. and app drawer with 4x5 size. it will be more awesome

Things are working ok, just tell us what scheduler and cpu should be there for usage.
And the lockscreen isn't changing to AOSP type. Whatever I try.
Please suggest. It is very good up here using CTCaer Kernal VDD

Great
Transparent status bar looks really ugly in some places like when phone is locked & some other, users usually doesn't like it
I will try to bring 4x5 app drawer in the next release

about scheduler I prefer sio, use the default cpu settings, if needed overclock to 1.2, not more than that. It will drain battery
do one thing, change aosp lockscreen, do anything in navigation bar settings (like if u have it enabled, enable it once again) change aosp lockscreen again. The problem is with the lockscreen changer app, it doesn't mount system automatically

In simple words >> Fast,Beautiful,well crafted,Superb themed
the rom does a good job functionality wise.it opens app fast and dosent have crap things,or you can choose for apps in aroma.
Some minor problems though
wifi disconnects now and then,i know its commom problem in ics roms,but can u optimise it more?
also willing to have a rom from you.which does not necessarily have all the features from sony but is great functionality wise.which eliminates good of sony but neglects laggy apps from sony.something fast stable good themed good featured and also different from other roms:good:
for now i think this rom is very good nd if anyone willing to install it just do it!!! i have shifted form UHD5.1 but i think this rom is more nice
Ram management is good!
No greenify or ram booster or anything like that installed.
also having 3-4 chat apps.still every app opens quickly.
will update this post after like 10-20 days if it changes.for nw (2 days) it works very good

allianz kernel v1.5 (full version, cause u have more ram like 20 mb cause of patches from fxp) battery is draining a little bit faster than normal ut its okay

If your kernel is having built in WiFi modules like lupus, then in WiFi hang state, you just need two three reboots

I dont remember but have u flashed the wifi modules ? Its very long ago since i used my neo, i have a xperia P now,, there must be wifi modules other look on other kern threads and fladh wifi modules, (done.that once and it works )
EDIT: go to system/etc/wifi or system/lib and delete modules folder then.reflash the kernel,it autoinstalls the modules.

I present to you my rom again, this time called "Blur CM11"
This name is launched when I was still Xperia X8. This ROM is something different than the others here.
Here I put mainly on the style, design and most of all performance.
Rom is devoid of unnecessary applications and are replaced by the so-called "must have" all this adds up to incredible stability.
A few weeks ago I started to slowly create just roms Series blur until today the completion of the project

just freeze the musicfx using titanium backup
Fixed all later in next build hopefully.
NO ETA at all.

I used CM11 from FXP and it is bare minimum of apps

I refer to cmupdater.apk and related to such application.
As for the tweaks that we as a Crew blur use nly those selected, and use only what's in roms
Let's be honest I add only what you need and know what adds and what not no who add as much as possible and for this it is not.
What are the services that I also mean "services.jar" a few were excluded due to get a little more performance

Kernel is inside of zip. Art probably isn't working.

###Proces to instal rom
Do backup your rom actual
First Unlock Bootloader
Flash kernel into rom (zip boot.img) via kernel flasher
Go to CWM
Do format system
Is the FXP and etc kernel is there are other options but the important thing is to do a full wipe
Factory Reset / Wipe date
Wipe cache
Advanced> wipe cache
Now Rom> instal zip from SD CARD
If you want ,you can instal GAPPS
Reboot and you're done

You can add what you want just make sure that they are not "too old"
new and update GAPPS you can find it on CyanogenMod site
What about the issues from the CM11, the offline charge problem and no access to recovery from boot up (the only way is reboot to recovery from menu)?
Anyways it's always nice to see a new rom pop-up, especially from someone that is a known dev. Keep up the good work, cheers!
