Before you start modifying your terminal, it is recommended that you adjust the following two settings:
Settings->About->Build Number (keep clicking it until appears -- developer options enabled)
Settings->Developer Options->USB debugging = TICK (Yes)
Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources = TICK (Yes) Before doing anything to your device I'd recommend that you read through the various threads within the first section below, entitled GENERAL GUIDES so that you are familiar with the various terminology used and you never know you'll probably find an answer to your problem.....
It's also recommended that you install adb/fastboot onto your pc before you start to touch your device so that you have the required tools to execute the necessary commands and to provide other users debugging/logcat information regarding any issues you encounter. This can be a big help when attempting to fix/solve any subsequent problems you experience. You'll find a guide on how to install this within the GENERAL GUIDES section below.
If development on any of the ROMs below or any other entry has been ceased or is no longer valid then I would appreciate if someone (preferably the thread owner (OP)) could contact me and inform me so that I can label it as #CLOSED#. It may also be a good idea for the thread owner to contact the Moderators @Divine_Madcat, @Moscow Desire, @cybojenix, @Lenash, @bajasur (or any Moderator) and request that the thread is closed.

Before doing anything to your device I'd recommend that you read through the various threads within the first section below, entitled GENERAL GUIDES so that you are familiar with the various terminology used and you never know you'll probably find an answer to your problem.....
It's also recommended that you install adb/fastboot onto your pc before you start to touch your device so that you have the required tools to execute the necessary commands and to provide other users debugging/logcat information regarding any issues you encounter. This can be a big help when attempting to fix/solve any subsequent problems you experience. You'll find a guide on how to install this within the GENERAL GUIDES section below.
If development on any of the ROMs below or any other entry has been ceased or is no longer valid then I would appreciate if someone (preferably the thread owner (OP)) could contact me and inform me so that I can label it as #CLOSED#. It may also be a good idea for the thread owner to contact any Moderator) and request that the thread is closed.

I'm not afraid, I think that lot of devs are going to build roms for this device, but be patient...
They need to update and made some changes to their trees and branches for the N7 LTE

Also kernels are not device specific so all should work on flo and deb. I've successfully flashed Faux, Franco and n3o kernels, haven't tried any others.

For almost of kernels, their should work on flo and deb, but I prefer add those which work perfectly with Deb.
That's why I will send a post to dev of kernel for telling me that it works with DEB.
I know that the kernel from n3ocort3x works well

For those unlocking a brand new Nexus 7, several things will not be visible: Settings->Developer Options, and within that screen the "USB Debugging" option.
To make these visible, select Settings->About Tablet, then scroll to the bottom of the list, and tap "Build Number" seven (7) times.
That will make Settings->Developer Options visible. Within the Developer Options screen you will find a "USB Debugging" check box.

And it's necessary if you want to become a dev,

I don't own this device, otherwise I would have helped you out
If you are facing this problem after flashing custom ROM/kernel, please post on their respective threads or check out their FAQ.
One way I can help you is that if your device is rooted, go to recovery and wipe Dalvik cache/Cache
