Installation instructions
Installing Mahdi-Rom for the first time, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery/Team Win Recovery Project
- Copy GApps and ROM ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash Mahdi-Rom zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from an earlier version:

Runs very well with ART enabled. You did a very nice job and I think I will hang out with ROM for a while (I've had my N7 for about a week and a half and have flashed an average of 2 ROMs a day!)
I do however have one request. I edit my build.prop DPI to 220 before I flash, I like the extra real estate. Could you enable the split screen settings option?

I haven't had any problems with ART on any of the ROM's I've tried. I don't know why everyone is so afraid of it. I would think everyone would jump in head first and make it even better than it already is.

There is a little bug which is fixed for the next build, battery level around lockring works fine but you have to set it from customization > lockscreen

If you prefer another set of GApps, just make sure you use 5.0.

Being that this is now Geeb based, and the last build was from May, I took the safe route, and did a clean install. You can try dirty flashing, but I would make a backup before hand. I also used Slim Gapps 5.1.1 and had no issues.
Team Bliss is not responsible in any way for anything that happens to your device in the process of flashing.
Please familiarize yourself with flashing and custom rom use before attempting to flash the rom.
Please make sure you download the correct version of BlissPop for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
-Make sure you are rooted.
-Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (I used TWRP 2.8.0.0)
-Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
-Boot into recovery.
-Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
-Flash Bliss Rom
-Flash GAPPs package
-Reboot
As you all know, Lollipop is new and there are going to be bugs.
This should have all of the same bugs as CM12 for our device. I last remember Wifi tethering not working, but haven't kept up to date with it. I've used this rom for a day and haven't had any issues with it, so maybe those little bugs were fixed.

If it helps, I flashed PA Gapps Modular Mini Beta 12 01-16-2015. When you clean flash try that and then grab Google Camera from the Play store.

No problem, just did a search, it's a BlissPop issue. Other camera's I tried works (Google, Snap) hopefully v1.9 it's resolved, however, I have no idea when that'll be released lol
Same here stock camera app is buggy it crashes
FC in configuration app is other bug bro. Is a beatifull and the best lollipop rom. I'm waiting for the new update. Thanks for your work!! Thumbs up

Strange..Nuclear test team reported that they solved by flashing zero Gapps and multidpi addon...plz let me know how it went. Only two people reported this. The rest of us have had no problems...[emoji106] #BlameGoogle

That issue happens when the rom is build with a 4.9 or higher toolchain. It's fixed in the SlimSaber source. Flashing multiDPI addon won't fix it.

*Alright guys, after seeing a lot of people post random bugs without providing basic information or logs, I decided to make a simple little write up on some basic rules to the thread.
1. Be courteous to one another & try & be helpful when you can. I can't answer every single question as I'm very busy trying to build the best rom I can make for you guys, so if you know a solution to a problem please answer.
2. If you are using xposed, DO NOT POST BUGS! I have already seen people posting issues only to find out it was due to xposed or one of it's modules.
3. When posting bugs, do so with as much information as possible. We can't help you if you don't give the proper information.*

**** If you dirty flashed & have problems, did you try a clean install?

4. If you are having random reboots how about providing a log? These are invaluable as they provide the information to fix a real issue with the rom or to tell me that it is a user error.
5. If you are new to aosp or just don't know much about kernels, it is best to stick with the mainline kernel as it is very stable. No need to mess with the settings either as I have the kernel setup to enjoy out of the box.**

New Rom Again..!! great share! For some reason i have noticed a high number of builds changing from CM to more AOSP base. What i do not like in this is layers engine.. maybe i dont know how to use.. but its very inconvenient to change themes.. each time reboot... no icons.... poor substitute for cm theme engine bcz its so easy interface and application also.how ever, the rom has been built with latest coonstruction materials and therefore best optimizations for sure. Will try this rom for sure... just layers is making layers of doubt!

U can try the one which works with 5.1.1 , haven't tried any though.

Installed this ROM only before a few hours and for me it's the smoothest 6.0 ROM for OPO. With Layers and Lightning Kernel, I'm getting solid battery life till now and looks stable and amazing Got to test for a little more to make sure about its stability. Yes it boot just delete bootanimation.zip and bootanimation2.zip after flashing ROM

Thank you very much, I was about to ask why sometimes it took a long time or freeze in the bootanimation and hope this solves my problem
I have the 2 / 32gb version, everything else works perfect

Sorry, but i cannot find the files. In /system/ is only the folder "bin"
