Go to lenox preference>launcher settings>check 16bit>reboot/fastboot/hotboot
then Go again to lenox preference>launcher settings>uncheck 16bit>reboot/fastboot/hotboot

extract the systenUi.apk (btw its a clikable carrier logo) go to res/ldpi/ find normal.png and abnormal.png .. change them
