Procedure
If you are coming from a different ROM, data/factory reset is mandatory. If you are flashing over a previous SlimKat build, cache wipe will be sufficient.
You will need to flash the latest recovery ( CWM or TWRP ) mentioned above for a successful flash.
A nandroid backup is recommended prior to flashing SlimKat in case you get into problems.
Flash the recovery using Odin
Flash ROM from recovery. Reboot.
Reboot to recovery and flash GApps.
A little more detailed guide is available here.
What's working and what's not
Pretty much everything!!! For exfat support, flash the zip attached to this post. Note that exfat support has been added to the rom from RC2.

Donators : Thanks Guys!!!
You can find the list of donators here. Let me know if I missed someone.

lcd density is set at 182 by default. If font is too small, change it in the build.prop inside the rom zip file before flashing. The entry to change is given below.
Code:
ro.sf.lcd.density
Notepad++ is preferred to make the change.

Respect. You make me always running follow your work dude. Must try.

Rom can't handle heavy loads. Tried installing an apk and an app fro play store and it caused a reboot.
Also, Xposed framework isn't working.
Also pinch zoom isn't working.

I have installed 41 apps with no reboots. Not sure about exposed framework becoz I don't use it.
You will have issues. That's why its a beta release.

There is no Changelog, so I can only tell you what I noticed so far.
Features:
Stable
Very fast and smooth
Camera smooth (but still no HD-Video recording)
Battery life is very good (at least on CM10)
Data, BT, Wifi is working for me
Included OTA Updater (is redirecting to Rombot.org - if you flash the update you'll be on STS-Dev-Team build!)
Scrennshot cropping to get right sized screenshots
Recent JB-Features
Bugs:
CM10 related bugs like:
screen rotation
screenshots need to be croped
No HD-Video recording
Scheduler can't be changed in performance settings - use 3rd party app instead

Installation:
CM10 ROMS ARE DESIGNED FOR USE WITH SAFESTRAP.
To make it work, follow the great tutorial by HSD-Pilot.
Bootmenu:
Bootmenu works, but don't forget to convert and patch rom (see related posts by HSD-Pilot). AND CAUTION: Install ONLY on 2. System!!!
Builds can be found and downloaded here:

You can install it on first system with bootmenu ?
ther's a build "STOCK-CM10-20121007" with ".ziop" exstension, that's enough rename it .zip?
And does those roms work with BM?
Edit: op wrote only for Safestrap!
Of course you have to rename it to. zip :what:
Only on 2nd System flashable with BM. Safestrap we don't need to talk about flash on Main System .

No, only 2nd system.
Successfully installed this on my 2nd system, got phone, internet, and data to work but its still pretty unstable for me. Here is what doesnt work (after 15 mins of playing around I went back to my CM9 based SVN ROM so I didnt do an exhaustive test):
Google play keep crashing before it opens
Settings>Apps crashes
Web browser crashes whenever I try to download a file
I will of course keep an eye on this thread as I am very keen on getting CM10 on my XT910.

No. Anything aosp/cyan needs a different kernel. If you are using safestrap cause your on the latest me7 update you can't flash a different kernel unless something has came out since I last been on xda (yesterday).

This ROM is now built using the latest linaro 4.7.4 toolchain and comes with my modified version of Bricked kernel (thanks showp1984) My kernel source can be found here.
The ROM is compatible with other aosp based kernels, but if they dont have mpdecision or thermald built in you should rename them by removing the -bck at the end of the file name. The 2 files are located in system/bin.
I have also added QuickBoot, this enables you to power the device on/off in 1-2 seconds and puts it into hibernation.
This can be disabled in developer settings.
The following are configurable in the init.d file 99kernel
DoubleTap2Wake
Sweepp2Wake
Sweep2Sleep
Magnetic on/off
Battery voltage mod
These are disabled by default. More options will be added soon.
To edit this file use any good root file explorer. It is system/etc/init.d/99kernel and is pretty self explanatory once you open it.
Make sure permissions are set to rwx r-x r-x after editing.

You can view my work by clicking here.
If you would like to build this ROM just run the following comand to import my local manifest (after you have set up the build environment and performed a repo init ofcoarse).
You can fin a guide for your device Here
Code:
wget -O ~/android/system/.repo/local_manifests/bruce2728_manifest.xml https://raw.github.com/bruce2728/local_manifest/kitkat-mr0/bruce2728_manifest.xml
Once you have done that simply run a 'repo sync' to pull in my repos.

@chayjinn, He meant that xposed installer is inbuilt in the ROM. You are asking how he managed to get the transparent effect, if I am right!!!

Sorry chayjinn late. Go to c- tool, go to kernel tweaker. There set how you want drive your device. Be carefull. You can set BFQ to save battery then ROW. lowmemory also there, play with carefull bro. There also have build prop tweak and init.d tweak. There have sleep policy change to 'best'. Zipalign also there. Wifi policy can help battery life also.

C-rom has same scrolling bug. Only instead of triggering the back button while scrolling web pages, it triggers the menu button.
Going back to lego for now.

Plz flash Gapps after a first reboot...Dnt flash immediately...U may get a black screen in the setup wizard...Some Gapps problem.
Plz switch to hex theme to get a overall system ui change
Be sure to switch to ART and let the cache build...Performance and battery life will improve drastically.

What does this mean? Sorry for the noob question, but I been thru the settings, and still got no clue
Google for ART vs Dalvik cache...Its in developer options...if not visible ..enable it pressing the build version in about section 8 to 10 times.

ETA: Still getting lots of fc's... Seems to recover well after, but annoying none the less. Nice rom tho, Ima give it a day or so before I decide to stay or switch

Hello, maybe you're getting fc's because of gapps, did you flash them immediately or after first boot?

Yeah... I installed gapps after 1st boot. Cleared cache & dalvik before and after. Had FC's before I even installed gapps.....
I'm almost certain that the problem lies in the gapps, maybe if you try a different package perhaps PA's or Slim's.

trying
Tried with slum gapps and still tons of fc's on multiple non gapp apps sweet rom, but unusable atm.
OG RAZR XT912 got 4.4 before S4!

Nope. I use xposed for an exchange email mod. The fc's were occurring even after the first boot withou gapps. Fresh slot and wipe.

I actually did enable ART! Have had great success so far with this build. I did a clean install on my stock slot in Safestrap 3.73 for the XT912. Did the gapps install after the first reboot, and then enabled ART. 3 Hours in and I haven't had one crash. Have downloaded a few non-gapps apps as well.
its the exposed thats causing the crashes i think

and u have to properly configure jbx

In the latest JBX there is a bug with voltages. But as long as you don't use OC or very high frequencies, you should be fine. I am currently fixing it...
Tried everything, without Gapps, with Gapps, with art, without art, after a short time I'm getting fc this, fc that..... Like Bruce Lee is b*tch slapping me with his barefeet..... Damn.....

I've not had jbx cause app crashes before.

UGH!
Started with a newly created Slot. Installed ROM, booted let the phone settle. Rebooted installed pa_gapps_mini. Rebooted and let the phone settle. Enabled ART.
Same result as the others, after a an hour-ish and specifically when in settings 'Slam the door' crashes.
Great looking boot animation and theme. Thanks for your efforts, I am sure this will become a good ROM.
