You need to get the code from AT&T or use one of the pay services to get an unlock code. All you did was unlock the bootloader which lets you install custom roms.

Unlocked HD2 in India

Hi,
I bought a TMobile HD2 unlocked in India. Am planing to update the phone with the latest software version from TMobile. Once i do the update can i use the same unlock code to unlock my phone so that i can use it.
OR
Can i install a custom rom with Windows & Android installed.
Am just worried that if i install a custom rom if the same unlock code will be still valid.
Thanks

If your phone is carrier-unlocked (either when you bought it or by unlocking it through your carrier or some unlock-code website), it will stay unlocked.
The carrier-lock (or, in your case unlock) is dependent of the IMEI number of your phonee (and this is something you can't change )
So, it doesn't matter how much (or which) ROMs you flash; it will always be SIM-unlocked .
Grtz,
Degake
Thanks for the quick responce.

[Q] unlocking sim

Hello
i recived SGSII for xmas, but i guess it is locked for Orange because phone wants some network code
so is flash costom rom solution or do i need any other instruction?
many thanks
You will still have to run a app to unlock the phone or one to get to code.
I suggest this one it works on more phones then the code ones and since it doesn't give codes so you can't type them wrong.

works well

Have you already tried that website? http://sim-unlock.net/unlock/Sony-Ericsson/
I didn't really understand your question but if you mean "debrand" you can flash the ftf debranded rom or any custom rom (some of them requires unlocked bootloader). I'm sorry if i misunderstood your question.

[Q] root and unlock

Hi,
I have AT&T locked phone but they don't want to give me unlock code. I tried third party unlock website but they don't have code for my IMEI. Is there any other option to unlock device? I don't really care if I would loose warranty. Will rooting device and installing some other ROM help or any other way?
Thanks for help

First of all, there's no other ROM's yet. Second of all, nope. Unless you can S-Off the device like with HTC, nope.

Unlocking bootloader Mate 10 Pro

Hi Guys,
As you all know Huawei stopped providing the unlock codes. I am running the BLA-L09 model and really want to unlock my phone to be able to flash a GSI rom.
After spending days on the internet trying to find out a way to get an unlock code (I don't mind to pay for it), I didn't find anything that is working with build number 9.0.0.213(C109E6R1P11).
Do you guys know any way how I can unlock it? Any help is much appreciated.
