You need to flash the 4 files of stock Android 4.3 via Odin!
Device: Samsung Galaxy S3
ROM: CyanogenMod 11 (Temasek Unofficial V26)
Kernel: Boeffla-Kernel-CM11-2.1-Beta8-

Thread is over 6 months old
All systemui's are different anyway. Different on each release, so just download a rom that is the version you need and extract it yourself

my device belong in Greece so my question is: what i have to do to install this rom [ROM][4.1.2] [XXELKC] [Sotmax Jelly Bean Ultimate Stock V9] GT-i9300 *stable as rock pls a clear answer because you can understad the cofusion

If your phone is not rooted then first you need to root it and install cwm recovery. You can search forum for tutorials.
Then download the rom in your phones external sd card and flash it via cam.

hello developers can anyone help me ? i want to learn ROM editing (GUI, FONTS, APKs etc ). can anyone provide links the tools needed? (APK tools, &zip, etc.) i have few knowledge in android. but i cant move forward on making my own ROM. i've seen links of tutorials but i think i might get mess because application's compatibility to my phone.

I downloaded this one - Blur_Version.20.11.14.condor_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03 (this is what was as a Build number in About Phone on XT1022) and I didn't changed any name, uploaded it as it was

Yup it has been named different on mediafire but that's the file for XT1022.

These firmwares have to be flashed through mfastboot, not through TWRP hope this clears that up for you.
