Despues de intentar, intentar hacer root a mi cel por fin pude con esta tecnica http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=41305116&postcount=1.
Tenia el problema que el pc no me reconocía el celular a pagado cuando lo conectaba al pc, entonces esta es la solucion, deshabilite el antivirus del celular y del computador, y el inicio rápido del celular, y después como por arte de magia, y ahora soy root.
el nombre de la foto dice 2011-12-31-19-02 por que en el proceso se me des configuro la fecha del celular y no se por que, si alguien me puede ayudar con eso para salir de esa duda lo agradecería.

y en mi celular dejo de aparecer el teclado y ya no recibia llamadas ahora no pasa de la imagen de inicio de mi compañia alguien sabe como se puede solucionarlo el programa de alcatel one touch upgrade no me lo detecta me dice wrong model y se cierra alguien puede ayudarme por favor

Andamos en las mismas, pero lo mio fue despues de intentar mover las apps del sistema a la SD. DICEN QUE CON UNA ROM stock se podria solucionar pero nadie ha subido nada.

usa el alcatel one touch upgrade, flashea el cel de fabrica
Hola, pues llevo ya casi un mes intentando que me funcione el reloj reseteando,probando la china y la inglesa. y siempre se queda la pantalla en negra y lo tengo que apagar y encender.

Mi modelo según en caja es el A1811. Pero luego en el reloj me pone el A1801, y cuando instalo la rom paceficator tambien me pone modelo A1801 aunque instale la A1811 me pone que teno el modelo chino y eso porque?

Si es asi solo tienes que comprar una ranura para simcard de repuesto, una que no este adulterada por tu operador!

Solo un imei.
El problema es que Claro bloquea desde el sistema el segundo IMEI, así que la única solución que tienes es abrir bootloader y cambiar la rom (y de paso te deshaces de la basura que instala Claro en los teléfonos que venden). Probablemente se pueda hacer con acceso root, pero pues si puedes cambiar la rom a una "limpia" mucho mejor. Se que te pregunta es de febrero pero espero aún te sirva de algo.
