Agree, it looks bad. Maybe I am missing it, but it looks the same as current TW but with a bad choice of colors.

Unless it looks somehow special in the menus and stuff, I don't see the difficulty in replicating that homescreen in any of the available custom launchers...

How dows this work? Do I just load in Photoshop and add backgrounds/icons to see how a final theme would look?
This works in such a way that you can insert your screenshots within the phone or you can display your own app's screenshots. It looks pretty decent.
