Touchwiz and his framework are not the same, with Kit Kat ones.
Our community is weak, there's no big developments on this phone.
Correct. Because hardly anyone here has it. If you want development, either buy a developer a device (if you can find one who has the time), or learn to code. So many (often slightly different) devices, not enough developers.

Hello there are two possible ROM with FlyMe OS 3.7/3.8 based on KK 4.4.4
SGS 4 ROM and Nexus 5 ROM wich is the best one to port it over? And I think as base ROM is aktell CM11 or PA a good choice
because I try a port from the Nexus 5 but it´s my very first try in ROM porting

I need help frome a user with knowledge about porting from N5 to GS3 :angel:
my progress is til now: Bootloop on Meizu screen
I deodexed Nexus5 FlymeOS ROM and used it as port ROM
I used latest CM11 snapshot as base (because FlymeOS KK is beased on CM11 too)
tried a lot of tut´s here on xda but it ends every time in an endless boot screen
I´m sorry I don´t know whats wrong my knowledge of ROM porting ends here
I found on romzj.com a flyme 4.5.1 based on android 5.0.2 but that rom don't have gapps and have few chinese apps and words maybe somebody fix this link for rom is romzj.com/zone/15.htm (sorry can put full link)
Is there any chance of a lolipop 5.0 stock android mod for the sprint samsung galaxy mega 6.3 ? I just threw recovery on it and am waiting since the source has been released for 5.0. I'd love the nexus experience on this slightly larger phone.
Just wait as CM12 gets mature enough for mass consumption. Silesh has already got a buggy test build up for I920x variants (not on XDA, he has already quit), so there are things to hope for.

Does cm11 work on the sprint mega 6.3? If so do you have a link for the sprint build? I dont want to flash a gsm version and mess up the phone. ty for the help in advance.
Or any 4.4 custom roms that remove the bloat and increase speed. I cant find any support for the sprint mega 6.3. I did put custom recovery buy it's like custom roms don't exist for my phone.

That's all fake. No hope from samsung for lollipop ota.and for porting lollipop i tried alot asked for dev help no one helped me.it is impossible until kernel of s4 is ported to s3 anyway.

We need to wait for the Note 2 Official Update to lollipop , because Note2 and S3 I9300 have the same chipset . When Note 2 Will get 5.0 Lollipop then we will get PORTED ROM with S5/S6 Apps.

Plus when note 2 lollipop drops along with its kernel sources our AOSP roms will also get much consistent .!!
So don't expect and to be honest I don't want samsung to give 5.0 because it will be heavily bloated and slow... its better to stick to AOSPs like ARCHI DROID which is so much better than the standard cyanogen mod , and the one that @JustArchi will release this time will be based on 5.1 and will have much deeper optimizations than any other rom.. So that in everyway Is a better choice ..
Samsung is one of the major OEMs which led to android fragmentation , so don't expect them to give a 2012 phone android 5.0 even though it can handle it pretty good but then again its touchwiz , which ruins everything .
That depend's on the user preferinces . I hate AOSP , i want a samsung phone not a htc !
Hi I am a Galaxy s3 user who installs custom roms to improve my device. I have installed many TouchWiz and pure stock roms for my device and i have liked TouchWiz roms. But i want a Full lollipop TW rom for my device. But I dont see any rom that sufices my wants. That is why i am asking skill full developers to port/make a full Lollipop TW rom. I have a idea and i dont know if it will work. Why dont we port the firmware of the Galaxy J2 to our S3. The reason i said that because they are both quite similar. The screen of the S3 is better than that of the J2, the processor is similar/better, and most of the S3s specs is better or similar to the J2. Or can someone port the Motion rom from the s3 Neo to the intl ver of the S3. I cant port roms because i dont know how to that is why i am asking great developers to help us.

man that isn't simple we are also asking to many developers to help to port this rom but anyone isn't want to take this project....
