I'm finding this thread after seeing your port over on the OnePlus One forum. I just ordered my OPO and plan on flashing your ROM to get max battery life out of my device. In the mean time I'm trying your Nexus 5 port.
Questions:
1. which base has better battery life?
2. Do you recommend Greenify?
3. Does HDR+ work on the CM build?
Thanks again and looking forward to running your ROM on my OPO!!

I'm running the PA version of the ROM. Just wondering, is the kernel pretty much stock, or have you made some modifications to it for increasing battery life?

I feel familiar with Codename Lungo name...
But I can't remember which device in my past.:silly:

Vanilla Android 4.2.2 ROM for the i9300?

I couldn't find one in the Android Development sub-forum (which is where I believe I'm supposed to be looking for such a thing).
On the first page, the following were 4.2.2:
[ROM][4.2.2][XXUFME3][Sotmax JB Ultimate Stock V20 BETA HD] GT-i9300 *stable as rock*
[CM10.1] [4.2.2][UNOFFICIAL][MAY26] temasek's UNOFFICIAL BUILD - RC2.6.1
[UNOFFICIAL] Chameleon OS i9300 [ROM] 7 themes [4.2.2][LINARO][v0.5][26/05/13]
[ROM] [AOSPA/4.2.2]DOVA 1.0.1 |Paranoid 3.56 [Build260513]
[ROM][CWM][JB 4.2.2][20/05][XXUFME3][Odexed-DeOdexed][Light v16.0][TugaPower]
... but non appear to be vanilla.
Any ideas?

Mine is built with sabermod 4.7, AuxXxilium one is built with linaro.
Sabermod is more battery friendly, more optimized and much more improved than linaro.
Thank you for this. Will definitely check out.

CM 11 based means we have to flash Gproj kernel not mako kernel. right ?

ROM is CM based, but device source is mako based, so you can only flash mako kernels

Thank you guys for this beautiful work! I'm running the 6-2 version with matrix linaro mod and it's running fantastic! I was just curious as to why this thread is in the General section? I found this over on the Sprint page just by chance but I probably would not of found it in the General section because I rarely come to it. Again thanks for all the wonderful work.

[DEV][ROM][4.4.3][KTU84M] CyanogenMod 11 | 22/06/2014

After some alteration in the trees of this device, I have rebuilt CyanogenMod 11 for Micromax Canvas HD A116.
"This is an UNOFFICIAL build"
Changelogs:
Initial Release
boot.img is repacked with another zImage
wpa_supplicant binary updated
Baseband version upgraded to MT6589_S00_MOLY_WR8_W1248_MD_WG_MP_V1_P19
Downloads:
Click this link for download: http://extincthacker.blogspot.in/2014/06/devkitkatunofficial443-cyanogenmod-11.html
Install Instructions:
Download the rom from the above link and also recovery from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2734072 and place it in root of sdcard.
Flash the new recovery and wipe everything.
Now flash the rom and reboot.
Wait for sometime as the new rom takes time to boot.
Done!
Report the bugs with logs.
The rom is not yet tested. I will add credits to those who test it and probably fix it. I hope the rom boots up.

Just wondering before downloadin Does it have all those bugs which are in ported cm11 v0.8 or you had started from scratch???
Thanks alot for compiling another cm11 for our device! It would be much better if you compile this ROM using latest linaro toolchain ( just a suggestion)

I started all this from scratch! I built this rom from source!
The people here confuse between porting and source built roms! Let me clear their doubts!
Ported Roms:
These roms are made for another device but some files have been changed to work for your phones.
Even the binary files and kernel are changed in that rom to make it work on your phone.
You cannot solve bugs but instead wait for the other phone's developer to fix it.
Source Built Roms:
These roms are especially made for your device. All the files included in the build belongs to your phone.
Nothing is changed except a better kernel like Kash Kernel 2.7 to give excellent performance.
We can solve the bugs by committing changes in the source and the tree and by compiling another build again.
Also I am using Kash Kernel's boot.img. So I guess there was no need for me to use it. Anyway, will try soon.

But SystemUI was crashing... So I consulted kashmin and he said that it is due to the problem with msim and asked me to remove the code from build.prop.
Now the build is yet to be tested again.

You need to flash gapps only if the existing apps force closes.
For some reason, its better if you have gapps on your sdcard.
The date 22/05/2014 is the date on which I built CM11 for your device!
lol, It must be 22/06/2014 :silly:
