HELLO GUYS!
I AM STARTING TO WORK ON PORTING HDPI SYSTEMUI.APKs ON YOUR REQUESTS
JUST REQUEST FOR THE SYSTEMUI.APKs YOU WOULD LIKE TO PORT TO GALAXY STAR
HOW TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST:
1. THE REQUEST HAS TO BE MADE HERE IN THIS THREAD ONLY!
2. THE REQUEST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
a)THE MDPI SYSTEMUI.APK WHICH YOU WANT TO PORT
THE MDPI SYSTEMUI.APK HAS TO BE FROM AN MDPI PHONE,IT HAS TO BE FROM THE SAME ANDROID VERSION AS YOUR DEVICE, AND IT HAS TO BE FROM THE SAME LAUNCHER AS YOUR DEVICE TOO.
b)THE NAME OF THE PHONE FROM WHICH YOU ARE PROVIDING THE SYSTEMUI.APK,THE ANDROID VERSION AND THE STOCK ROM
SAMPLE REQUEST(FOR GALAXY STAR USERS)
*dl link of the MDPI systemUI.apk
name of the MDPI device
Android version of the MDPI device
dl link of the stock rom of the MDPI device
(FOR OTHER DEVICES)
*dl link of the MDPI systemUI.apk

I am into theming right now and have themed systemui.apk
and m ready to put that in my system.
there are 2 problems right now
1st is that when i recompile systemui using apktool it gives me warnings but builds the apk
even if i recompile it unchanged it gives some warnings
aapt: warning: string 'something' has no default translation in C:/Users/T3/apktool/ab/res; found:mk
there are numerous such lines. ab is directory where i have decompiled systemui.apk
2nd is that my rom is odexed and stock so on replacing systemui.apk it stops
so is there anyway i can put the systemui withoud deodexing my rom??
or some ppl have made flashable zips for systemui. Can you teach me or give me a link where i can learn doing that??
or is there any way to deodex rom without usin odin and flashing??

Just download the framework you want and place it into the downloaded Theme CWM Template.zip(from link above)and flash it in cwm.
.....ok, after many requests I have decided to reveal my "secret" to ODEX every(?) xperia ics rom(untill sony change bootclass), in reality there is nothing special in that I only slightly modified the wonderful work of puppet13th(tnx bro') to make it not delete lib inside apks:

Thanks for your conribution. but i should say you have learn deodex a ROM also. cz in your ROM's Last version the deodexed zip is also like odexed oned & contains odex files. please try to fix it.

No,this is not a failure,(i can deodex all framework without problem),in deodex pack of my rom i keept the exact structure of the stock firmware because it is intended for who want apply mods based on stock firmware without problem....
Obviously my battle horse is the ODEXED version...

ultimate HD 3.0.2 is already odexed.(but only framework files odexed)

Hi I've Been trying to deodex my Xperia j jelly bean stock. None of the tools out there will work as the bootclasspath has changed can you shed any light on what I can do. Is there any way I can edit xultimate tool. Any help would be much appreciated bro

It requires a custom kernel my bootloader is unlockable thanks for your reply bro

I try it on iced bean.after install zip file poweramp doesn't run any more and when I want to reinstall it says not enough memory but I have 7gb on my sd free and300mb on internal memory.what should I do?

To Create a Systemui With transparent statusbar.............
(i) At first decompile a Systemui file .......
(ii) Download .Rar file from link .
(III) Extract .rar file and ....... copy both extracted files and paste on systemui > res > here .
(iv) Now compile again.......... and install on your phone and share with your friends.... :victory:

some of their ui is ported
so maybe no one has gotten it transparent starting from stock samsung systemui

Can anybody DEV please port the xperia E1 or Xperia M style systemUI for our device??? Its damn awesome, and want on our device as well, I tried all the xperia systemui available for our device, but I just need the system ui like them, specially the Notification style....
I will be obliged if anybody help me by making it for us

From akshays prerooted ROM I wud be grateful
I HV a (hopefully)killer L style systemui(only XML tweaks coz I'm pathetic at photo editing) ready just need to properly recompile
