i have been searching for a way to connect to a router by entering the routers pin not the mobile pin .but i just cant find a way can someone please help me...!!!

I purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, with OS Android 2.3.3.
I tried connect to my Wi-Fi network, but no success.
My network is with a password, and i entered it correctly, i checked twice before typing the pass... The device showing that is trying access the network, but after some sec. the connection is failed.
I tried reset the router, but it still failed...
I dont have any other wifi connections in my range so i cant check for another wifi connection.
please help

even if am connected to a network nd i long press to modify network and go in advance change the dynamic ip to static ip a can't find any option to enter netmask!!!! Please help as i cannot access wifi in my hostel due to this problem on my phone!!!!! This is what keeps me changing back my firmware to old gingerbread!!!!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S III GT-I9305 from a friend.
Unfortunately my network doesn't work, First of all I thought that my telefon is locked. I downgrad with Odin to jb 4,1,1 and after that I unblocked my telefon with dialing the following keys *#197328640#. I checked IMIEI code and it's not blocked.
I have the same problem after unblocking, Before I unblock my phone I start it once and I could call one of my friend just for checking if it works and it did but after 30 seconds it disconnected from the network and I see at the top of the window that there is no connection and there is a "block icon". I tried to scan manually for find the network and tried to connect me to all of them but it doesn't work. When I try to connect me manually to some network I get this message (!) : "Selected Network (name of the network) unavailable". the strangest thing is that I tried to connect me to the internet and it works. I can surf the web but can't make or receive calls. When I try to call some one I get this message: "Mobile network not available."
Where is the problem?
What do you suggest that I do?

How much do you trust your 'friend'? Do you get to browse internet on wifi only? I'm thinking your phone is locked due to being stolen. They block the IMEI so no network will work for you, but a wifi connection would still work I think as it doesn't bother with IMEI but issues an ip address.
But try the 9305 forum for Help and Troubleshooting - maybe it's a 9305 issue?

I am using Micromax A90s model. Rooted it and upgraded to 4.2.2 ROM.
Currently my phone not connecting to Office WiFi where as it is connecting for other person using mobile like Sony,samusang, lava, etc..
To connect to office WiFi, we will do the below
Add connection manually
Enter ssid
Selecting Security type as 802.1xEAP
Selection EAP method as MSCHAPV2
will enter identity and password. ( example XXXX\YYYYY and **** )
Any suggestion how to Connect my mobile.
I went thru many article, some people asking to change WiFi band frequency but that option is not coming.
