I'm using a custom ROM though by apascual89.
All I did was goto Samsung Apps / Samsung Hub. From there choose Vidoe from the list to update then once updated I launched the Video App.
The latest version of Video app (violet/purple icon) has a section of MOVIE STORE & MY VIDEO | Personal | Downloads
Hope others can get it too

It's Friday so today 'should' be the day that Facebook Home gets released.
No sign of it yet on the FR app store, nor any .apk's floating about.
Once it's out it'd be fun to try it on the Note II.

there has been a leak out for 2 weeks now. I got to play with it for a bit before fb cut log ins on there end. you can still install and see it just no status updates. I'm on an optimus g so I'm sure I won't see it as fast as the note 2 will

The leak hasn't been out for two weeks, it was just 4 days ago. It hadn't even been announced 2 weeks ago. I used it when it leaked for a little bit but it was a buggy version, even before Facebook killed it on their end.

Nice to see that they're making improvements, but as of yet it doesn't seem like a dramatic enough upgrade to consider replacing my current SGP
They really should either let their distributors know or eol an item AFTER replacing it. Back in feb their distributors told me the players were eol, so I have been searching China for a suitable replacement (wasting plenty of $ on r&d) and now I find *here* that the sgp2 is coming. Thanks a lot Samsung.

Just now selling my GP5. Slow with the new ROM, inconvenient. Guess I'm just gonna have to settle for the new iPod Touch for now. -_- The thing had great battery life, except that it only went to 90% (???). Why can't they give any of these media players the new tech??!

Well, the nexus 4 now costs the exact same price as a GP ($200!), so I really dont see a way that samsung will have any success with a new media player.

Woah! That's the first I heard about that (lol):victory:. Awesome news; great competitor to iPod. I'm really likely to get that now. Samsung may actually have to put quality technology forward to stay in the market. Considering their position, they'll probably give up. :victory:

Maybe never, Samsung is going to sell it first in South Korea and when it success there they will bring it to the US market. But they won't bring the GP 2 to the EU market.

Yeah, I don't have much hope that Samsung will ever do anything good for the SGP fanbase. At this point, the only reason they're still relevant (in this niche) is because nobody else (besides Apple) offers a full-featured media player.
At least if they come out with an updated player with similar hardware, we'll have official 4.x drivers that can be backported to the earlier versions.

Yeah they made that android player with better specs than the galaxy player but no camera, expandable memory and a crappy price tag. It didn't sell much. I think sony gave up on the walkman series. Maybe samsung will also

Apparently, it's the closest clone of Office that exists for Android... I saw screenshots and a YouTube video and it looks great.
Very versatile and it's perfectly compatible with Microsoft's baby.
There's one in the Play Store to $17 & the reviews aren't that great. It was on my TabPro 12.2 but to be honest I didn't even look at it. My other Notes have Polaris office so at least they are comparable or should be.

Missing
So I just noticed today that Polaris Office 5 is missing from tablet this morning and nowhere to be found in the play store or the Samsung ap store. Was there the other day after I update to KK, but gone this morning. Hopefully the Hancom Office is going to show up in the ap store soon.
I already have the ported version from note pro 12.2 and everything works fine but widgets are crashing . waiting for this version ....

Polaris Office 5 survived on mine after the upgrade to Kitty Kat.

The $17 one in the play store is nothing like the one included with the note pro. I put together a huge PPT presentation in Hancom over the weekend and presented it today in PowerPoint. No issues at all.

Apparently Sammy is offering 256gb card or a gear fit2 in the US. So we should also get an option to select. But until it's launched, cannot say what we will get. It is also being said that China may get N7 with 6gb ram and 128gb internal storage.
