[Q] about Volume keys control media volume by default - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I wonder if any dev could make a xposed module or any trick for controlling the media volume by default ? instead of ringtone volume like CM ROMs or OMNI ROMs do! or just simply disable the function of control ringtone volume via volume keys

[Q] Disable "audio applications" notification

Is there a way to disable the "audio applications" notification that appears when I connect a headset to my device? It's getting a bit annoying when you don't actually use the buttons that are there.

I don't have the option to upgrade to anything, neither on the device nor in Kies. I am currently on LF5, I think (if I have understood the versioning system correctly).

[Q] Link Call & Notification Volume missing?

I can't find any rom, even stock, that has the option to 'Link Call Volume & Notification Volume'. It's driving me nuts. This almost breaks the phone for me. I want all volumes to adjust at the same time, and not have to adjust notification volume individually via the volume settings.
Help?
Bump.
Since the first post, I have tried every TW ROM available and still no option for linked volumes.
Currently on Eclipse TW Note II v1.1.
Still no luck finding an answer to this.
Anyone?
Bump day.

Can't just have them both on the same screen? But this long no answer probably means this is the best you are going to get:

how to remove soft keys

is there a way to remove soft keys, without unlocking bootloader knowing i am rooted and have cwm
Why? Are you using PIE or something?
Navigate to /system/build.prop and change 0 to 1.
Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys = 1

You can use Auto GMD to hide the nav bar +/- LMT Pie controls. -you get the full 6.44" instead of 6.21".
Autohide GMD - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253770
LMT - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150
There is also these 2 which I haven't tried as the above have worked so well.

[REQUEST] Navbar Keyboard cursor aarows

Is there any way to add the cursor arrows that pop up every time the keyboard opens in AOKP ROMs? I'm looking for a mod or an Xposed module to allow this on my CyanogenMod ROM. Here is an image of it I found through Google

I believe GravityBox has this feature

Ringtone volume keeps lowering to near minumum

Hi,
This didn't used to happen so I don't know whether it was due to the last update or not bit every few days my ringtone volume changes to near the minimum level and I've no idea why. I've since changed the default volume button behaviour to change the media volume, not the call volume so it's not due to the physical buttons.
I've not installed any new apps, I don't think changing the volume in any apps changes the ringtone volume, only the media volume.
I'm on standard build, EMUI 9.0.1.162
Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks.
