It's an UCCW skin .You need UCCW (Google play,free) Select widget/UCCW/4x2/Samsung
If you don't like the battery circle you can remove it.This skin is useful *ONLY* if you switched from the native Touchwiz Launcher.Nova ,ADW and so on don't support that widget.

Yo guys, i own Moto G and i use Google Experience Launcher, and i noticed that the full white icons on statusbar became not 100% white when you open an app.
