I get a new phone a month ago.

and in some place the hebrew language (my longuage) doesn't render
for example:

when I port a rom from another MTK6582 phone (W450) the font was perfect, but a lot other thing was a mess (cam,GPU driver/codec)
and I try to replace font.... still same problem
my Q is with file is the one that make this "render" so I can port just this file from the other phone rom?

Andriod can work with it but only the basic things.
What i want to know is what kind of a lay out this is and if somebody has a (keyboard) .KL file for it.

Rockchip es9720 ( in turkey name escort joye 9720) my table's have problem. It doesnt connect wi-fi. And it has got very bad ROM.
I need adaptable rom to my tablet.
