Better, download cm 11 for galaxy mini, extract its kitkat bootanimation and paste it.
It is WAY BETTER than this fake one. Anyways, well tried bro.:good:

This is not my work! I'm just posting it here so the Neo (V) users try it!
I've been using it on my Neo V for a couple of weeks and in my opinion it's way better than the stock SE launcher.

Extract the .zip to a folder , go to part0 folder , delete all of frames_xxxxx and rename this then compress with Compression Method to Store
Just install it and it will be GOOD !
