Hai...i made my own CWM Recovery for our S939...but only can use with Rom Ver S124 and S126,cannot use for S129 or new vibeui 4.4 kit kat...

Use vroot 1.7.5...latest one..but only version S125 and S126 can be root...if u upgrade to S129 or 4.4 kit kat...u can't root with vroot or any root app..i already try it..but kit kat for lenovo s939 is the best..wait until vroot update version...
any guide to replace superuser chinese to supersu..

im already find my own way to replace chinese superuser (vRoot) with SuperSU
1.Download SuperSU from Play Store
2.Open Lucky Patcher, move SuperSU to system/app then phone will reboot
3.Open Root Explorer, set RW and find Superuser.apk at system/app then delete
4.At system/app find eu.chainfire.supersu.apk and rename to Superuser.apk
5.After rename, click to install Superuser.apk from Root Explorer. After finish install then open it.
6.it will popup ask to update, select CWM install then phone will reboot
7.After that, phone already have SuperSU.
im already try at 2 phone Lenovo S939 (me and my friend phone)..
u can try it..

Hai...i try help u with my own way.
What u need is :
1 - S125,S126 Rom File (If u need start from 0)
2 - SP Flash Tool v5.1348.00 or latest
3 - Original Lenovo Recovery
4 - CWM Recovery 5.5.0.4
5 - VIBEUI_V1.5_1411_8_DEV_S939_NK_W_5C44 Rom (Now have 1413 update)
- First ur phone version must be in version S125,S126 or S129.
- If ur phone already flash CWM Recovery,u must flash back to original lenovo Recovery using SP Flash Tool,this is because if u want to upgrade to vibe ui 4.4.2..u need original Lenovo Recovery,cannot use CWM,dun't why.
- After that,Rename VIBEUI_V1.5_1411_8_DEV_S939_NK_W_5C44.zip to update.zip and put in ur internal or external memory.
- Boot in ur Lenovo Recovery by press Vol +,- and power,selected update package,then let ur phone update by it self,at 50% its like freeze but wait in 1 minute it will continue.
- And right now im sure ur phone in 4.4.2,remember,in this version..u cannot root ur phone using any one click root like Vroot,even the latest one also cannot,i already try,but i found 1 way to root this version.
What u need to root version 4.4.2 and instaled Gapps :
1 - SP Flash Tool v5.1348.00 or latest
2 - CWM Recovery 5.5.0.4
3 - UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip file
4 - gapps-kk-20140105-signed file
- After u Succes upgrade to 4.4.2,flash ur recovery to CWM Recovery 5.5.0.4 by using SP Flash Tool
- Boot into CWM Recovey.
- Installed 2 file,first UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip and second gapps-kk-20140105-signed (just ignore any problem)
- Reboot ur system
- At first Startup,ur phone will update package,its for Gapps.
- After that u will set ur Google Play Store id.
- After Finish,ur phone will have all Gapps for 4.4.2 and Rooted with Superuser,no need to root using Vroot anymore and need to replace that root app..
Sorry for my bad english,so this is the way that i used,hope can help u too..

Download android 4.4 transformation pack install the gapps u want.
Or
Download aptoide update all the gapps.
Go to settings
Click on menu button on top(option button)
Click on reset app permissions
It will surely work

Ok I am posting a simple tutorial to Root your Canvas HD and flash Custom Recovery without using SP Flash Tool. Sometimes it is very difficult for newbies to get proper driver and correct version of SP flash tool. Some users scared to use SP Flash Tool. So here is the solution.
Requirements:
1. Canvas HD of course
2. Framaroot application
3. Root Checker to check if your device is Rooted or not.
4. CWM v6.0.3.3 OR CWM v6.0.3.0 OR TWRP v2.5.0.0 or TWRP v2.6.3.0 or CWM v6.0.4.0 (Touch Based) or CWM v6.0.4.0
5. MobileUncle MTK Tools v2.9.8
Procedure:
1. Download the Framaroot application form the above link and transfer it to SD card
2. Now go to Settings>Security and put check mark on Unknown Soruces
3. Now use file manager and browse to the location where you have placed Framaroot Application
4. Install it and open it. Now Select "Install SuperSU" and hit Boromir.
5. Now go to Play Store and search for Super User and install it after opening it might ask to update SU.bin, hit yes and then "Normal"
6. Reboot your Device.
7. Check with Root Checker, if your device is rooted or not.
8. If it is rooted, download MobileUncle and install it, remember it require root access to work properly.
9. Now download any custom Recovery i.e. CWM or TWRP from the above link and rename it to recovery.img and place it in the root of SD card.
10. Now open MobileUncle and tap on Update Recovery it will automatically search the img file, you just have to select and confirm it. Then it will ask to boot your device into custom recovery tap on yes.
11. Your device would be booted into custom recovery.
Congrats your device is now rooted and flashed with Custom Recovery, now you can flash any custom ROM and now you have full control over your device.
How to Full Unroot and flash stock Recovery:
1. Download this stock Recovery file.
2. Rename the file to Recovery.img and place it in the root of SD Card.
3. Now open MobileUncle and tap on Recovery Update, it will search the file by itself, you just have to select the file and confirm.
4. It will then ask whether you want to boot into recovery, if you want to confirm you can tap on yes otherwise its not required.
5. Now open SuperSU and go to settings, scroll down to Full Unroot and tap on it. The process would be finished within 1 or 2 secs now you are on Stock v4.2.1 that too unrooted.
Now your warranty is intact you can go to service center for any help from them
Very Important: I am just trying to help you guys, I am not responsible for anything that might go wrong, follow this tutorial at your own risk.

I don't have Canvas 2 so I cant tell you. Frameroot should work on Canvas 2 as well but not sure about recovery.img.

I did it...
But the phone is not looking the way i should be means all the changes i hade done in the phone are still there and version is 4.1.2 only..

What kind of changes are you talking about? If you are talking about the changes which you have made through Gravity Box and other modules of Xposed framework then you should just uninstall the Xposed Framework.

To root your tablet just download the apk, install and then run it. The first option should be install SuperSu and then press the option BOROMIR. A success message should come. Now get out of the app and reboot your device. Your tab should be rooted by now. You may check your root status using any root checker app from the market. You may also unroot your device in case you need it in future. Let me know if it works.

I wasn't able to find any on the internet. But a custom recovery for the tablet can be developed by a developer. If someone can develop one then we could use it....

The last week I had a similar issue stuck on KARBONN logo.
I used Stock from XDA Firmware xdafirmware.com/karbonn-mach-five
Download the necessary drivers (a must) .
The downloaded compressed file will have SP flash tool with it .
1 .Open "flash_tool.exe" under "\SP Flash Tool v5.1516" folder (with admin privileges) .
2 .Navigate to the "Download" section .
3. Click on the "Scatter-loading". Browse "MT6582_Android_scatter.txt" under "Firmware" .
4. Now this will give you a list of files to flash that comes from the "\Firmware" folder . Make sure every files load correctly to the list(location can be seen to the right of the item to be flashed) . Especially "Android" which correspond to the system.img file in the \Firmware which I think which actually solves the android system related files' problems.
5. Now Power off your phone .

6. Now click on the Download sign in the SP flash tool window . Connect your phone with the USB cable immediately and click on the volume up or down for SP flash tool to detect your phone. 7. After the flash is complete a green ok popup.

Sir thank you so much for replying have been waiting for weeks for the solution..
1)Downloaded the files
2)Installed drivers
3)Started flash tool and loaded scatter file
4)Clicked on download
5)Powered off phone and connected via usb
6)Flashing process started
7)Flashing finished and green ring appeared!!!
8)Device booted after some time.

Hi. i want to request for a flashable zip file of stock rom for my canvas nitro a311. Because i tried installing it via ygdp tool but can't succeed.
And i am thinking about a solution that
i have a friend who is using the same phone so can i install twrp recovery and backup his rom and the copy it to my memory card and wipe data cache and then restore the backup.
Would it help me to get back my stock rom?????

I am also facing the same problem. My phone is having bootload problem due to my foolishness. I made some changes in attributes of system/font folder and it all messed up. My phone is rooted but not has flash recovdery of cmw or others

No ygdp tool does not need xp just run it in compatibility mode for win 7 and also as administrator ..
But i can't flash the stock rom via ygdp
Use ygdp tool with capability as win8.there are some simple steps for supporting ygdp.you can see at our official page (pinned). That will help you.That is working for me

Can u give me step by step guide for how to flash using ygdp tool..
Because i already installed adb driver and mtk preloader drivers successfully but still dont get the download icon when connect my phone wih usb cable at switched off state.
I am using a311 with twrp custom recovery and miui 7 5.10.15 rom

Fisrt install USB Driver from usb for micromax through device manager , Plug usb to pc and
connect mobile withour battery with volume key up.
It will detect the phone and will show yellow mark in device manager
then press on update driver and browse the usb driver folder
let the driver install
Now install/run (Password is 369) ygdp and click config and browse the firmware file
press apply until it extract the zip
now press start and connect phone without battery
let the process complete it will take around 10 minutes

Ya I am having the same version i.e. 2.4.4 and not able to upgrade.

Its TWRP 2.8.6 payel,
I flashed with it and version is showing 2.8.6

My baseband version is p780.v102, 2014/11/11 11:10 and build number vibeui_v2.0_1447_7.48.1_st_p780_baralajbi
So I need your help I even dont know which version I have.. Should I upgrade radio firmware etc???

Hi. Lets check first your IMEI. So.. dial *#06# and see if your IMEI are there!
If you have IMEI you must check if you have custom recovery like TWRP, CWM, CARLIV, ETC, ETC.
If you have custom recovery things are easy.
Go to General section/How about some modems post. Download KitKat modems and flash untill you have signal.
If you dont have custom recovery you must install one.
Go to Q&A section / Rooting tutorial for KitKat. There you will find an tutorial to how to!
Tell us where you dont know !

yes İmeis are there also I found lots of modems thank you for that link now I m trying to install twrp but I could not make it because so many post out there which one is fitting I dont know I tried to flash twrp with mobile uncle but did not work so if you have any opinion it would be great thank you so so much again..

In those tools uploaded there is one called: Baralajbi v2.0_TWRP_v2.8.4.0 rev2 CN.zip
Download that one.
1. Install MobileUncle Tool. Unzip recovery.img
2. Copy that recovery.img to your internal memory
3. Start MUT grant root rights and go to recovery update
4. Look there for the first recovery that appears.
5. Select and install.
6. After flash reboot to recovery. That is it.
7. Tell me if you dont manage.
8. Good luck.

What you have is ROW from Baralajbi.
This firmware is an impruved part of chinese firmware.
If you want to install a custom recovery take a screenshot of your firmware and post here.
The screenshot must be from: Settings/About Phone so i can see your firmware name and your modem.
If you want to do a team viewer session PM me.
Let me know your country so i know what time you are, like +2, +3, +4, etc
