Fastest In-Phone Search
The quickest, most personalized search tool for Android. Enter one letter and get contacts, apps and web results that are relevant just for you. Typing “M” might pull up Mom’s number, or show the Messaging app first - whichever you use most.

Function Description:
1. Can be started from any app in any orientation by a single home key click.
2. Access your preferred home screen by double home key clicks.
3. Fast switch to another app, one click to switch back.
4. One click to see all your apps in your current application.
5. Use widgets in your running application without exiting it.
6. Directly share your current application/widget to your friends or visit its market page.
7. Directly uninstall or force stop the running applications without exiting it.
8. Totally customizable.
9. No space limit. You can add ALL your widgets/shortcuts/bookmarks/contacts to it if you wish.

PowerStrip. Definitely a great app. Been using it for a few months now.
It's basically "hidden/second" homescreen that gives access to widgets, apps, shortcuts without having to exit to your main homescreen. I definitely recommend it.

so basically the same thing as QuickDesk, which I might add is free
Very true. Quickdesk is free, but you only have 1 screen. PowerStrip technically gives you 3 screens AND access to all your apps.
I've used QuickDesk and it's a great app too. PowerStrip is well worth the $1, IMO.
Just found out about IIDA Home Launcher after looking through the screenshots thread. Made a CWM zip to try it out, it's attached.
Original Thread
The original download was the entire system/app dump of the Xperia(i think). I cut it down to only the IIDA apks, nothing get over written so you can delete the files after installing if you decide to ditch it.
My first impressions, it's really cool. It's like WP7 Metro but the app drawer is just a downward scroll instead of an icon.
But we'll have to work on it a bit to make it work on the Atrix. Also we'll have to figure out how to add locations to the lists, right now it seems to be only Japanese cities. And the email tab doesn't work. Also, we'll probably want to silence the beep on touch, but that's probably as easy as replacing a sound file with silence.

I used this launcher for a couple days just before CM7 was updated. It was fun finding pictures and "flare" but it was also kind of buggy. At one point the calendar just disappeared and when I reflashed I forgot how frustrating moving all of my apps from the bottom to their respective sections was. Moments later CM7 came out and I left it in the dust. But I'm back on Darkside now since I need Webtop. I'll definitely give it another go.

the weather app(the one with japanese cities only) is a different game, it pulls the information from a 2 different websites one for area and one for prefecture, we do not use prefectures in America so im kinda scratching my head to see how we are going to make this app work , the twitcheck app does not deodex properly according to another member who tried and i can't seem to find the facebook check or the music tile for the launcher, the Launcher itself is more than stable and it can be used on a daily basis.

looks fun but the big question: how well will it run.
a homescreen is the no1 thing that can't be sluggish.
5$ is kinda steep asking price for an app that isn't even out yet and can't be tested.
guess i'll wait till its officialy released and then have a look at it...
Nice looking launcher, very pretty. Too bad the dev took the $$ and ran. Not good reviews in playstore, especially at $5.99. The customers are feeling ripped off.

About
Phonechievements brings achievements to the mobile phone. For those who are gamers the concept isn't new, for those who are not, achievements are just rewards you get for accomplishing a goal. You don't get an actual prize, it's just a form of reward that you get in writing. Moreover, this app allows you to brag on Facebook with them (for now).
