Please help with the following:
I noticed that when I connect the Atrix ( rom 10.1 epinter ) on WiFi and then connect it via USB to a computer ( XP and Win 7 ) I get the interent connection on the computer . I have no problems with speed and everything is ok .
When I turn off the tether connection on my phone , I can not get internet connection again until you resetting the phone . After rebooting , the connection appears again and everything is working normally .
No other combination ( disconnecting the phone , reset the computer ) but only reset the phone .
When the phone is used ICSR V1.4.6 . I can not get internet connection on my computer via WIFI connection ( USB tether ) , as the CM 10.1 epinter .
Just today when I put the last of kernel krystianp ( many thanks to their work and efforts ) of 10 February I managed to get on the interenet connection, but I did the following :
- switched mobile data
- I was established by the connection with the computer turned on WiFi and I then proceeded looks WIFI USB tether connection to a computer .
When I tried to repeat ( after exclusion USB connection and reset the phone ) I was unable to get a connection on a computer?
Is it possible to ICSR does not support USB tether via WiFi ?

Primjetio sam da kad priključim atrix (rom 10.1 epinter) na WiFi i onda ga spojim preko USB sa računarom (XP i WIN 7) dobijem interent vezu na računaru. Nemam problema sa brzinom i sve je ok.
Kada ja isključim tether konekciju na mom telefonu, ne mogu ponovo dobiti internet konekciju dok god ne resetujem telefon. Nakon resetovanja, konekcija se ponovo pojavi i sve radi normalno.
Niti jedna druga kombinacija (odspajanje telefona, reset kompjutera) već isključivo reset telefona.
Kad na telefonu koristim ICSROM V1.4.6. ne mogu dobiti internet konekciju na mom računaru preko WIFI veze (USB tether) , kao sa CM 10.1 epinter.
Samo danas kad sam stavio zadnji kerenel od krystianp (hvala mnogo na dosadašnjem radu i trudu) od 10 februara uspio sam dobiti na interenet konekciju ali sam uradio sledeće:
-uključio mobilne podatke
-kad sam uspotavio vezu sa računarom uključio sam WiFi i tada je izgleda WIFI nastavio USB tether konekciju sa računarom .
Kada sam pokušao ponoviti (nakon isključenja usb veze i reseta telefona) nisam uspio dobiti konekciju na kompjuteru?
Da li je moguće da icsrom ne podržava usb tether preko WIfi?

I am really confused.
The last time I flashed my nike was almost a year ago, and now, since hardspl 1.22 I cant remember how to flash a new rom.
So, when I used spl 1.16, how I always do is the following: establish active sync connection, execute spl 1.16 on device, and then execute RUU.
So (by that time) I installed 1.22 and flashed an official ROM (no need of spl 1.16). But now, I'm trying flashing the same ROM (the lastest one, OEM PTG), establishing active sync and just executing RUU, but in the last step my device jumps to tri color boot (with USB information) and I get in my computer error in syncronizing.
Am I doing anything wrong?
I'm using Windows 7, wondering if that's problem (altought I can use Windows Mobile Device Center very well and with no problems).
Can you please help me?

boa tarde Tiago, tive o mesmo problema aqui.
a solução foi a seguinte: despluga do usb, desliga o aparelho e liga com o botao da camera pressionado, vai entrar na tela tricolor, aí vc pluga e executa o customRUU.
pra mim funcionou.
qq coisa tamos aí.

1 - unplug from usb
2 - turn off the phone
3 - hold camera button and turn on the phone (will apear the three color screen)
4 - plug the usb cable again
5 - run customRUU

I am also using windows 7 and no problem.
I think need to install 1 more driver.
When connected on bootloader mode (three color) windows will ask for a driver.
Just let it search online. When it's done, then you can flash your phone.

1. I don't know why bud i can't download apps when i'm useing my mobile internet only if i use wifi (i have 1GB of internet bandwight to you...). So is that originali just on wifi or not ?
2. Typeing... When i mess up some word, i can't really go to letter i whon't and just delet it, i mus delet whole word orgo from back to the letter i whan't change. Can this be fixed ?
3. I'm from croatia, but i have english language becouse i bught it out of coutry so there is no croatian... Problem is when i type messag wthere is always autocorrect on some word and it's start to be annoying. Can i torn that off ?

Nasao sam ti ovo pa procitaj i raspitaj se malo, nemoj se zajebavat jer mozes brickat mob ako nesto ne napravis dobro, brick znaci da ce ti mobitel vrijedit isto kao i komad plasticne cigle, znaci nis!
Nije zajebancija ja sam skoro par puta bricko pa sam se preznojavao po par sati dok nisam popravio, zato citaj pozorno i raspituj se, i nemoj se upustat u nis dok nisi kompletno siguran.
Vidim da nema bas puno korisnika za htc radar(tj za WP) zato nema ni developera puno, android ih ima ko rusa, zato ako je ikako moguce zabaci se na android, bar probaj i raspitaj se, ako se nezelis ti zajebavat pitaj nekog drugog(ne mene jer o windowsima pojma nemam, o androidu bi ti znao pomoc u vezi svega).

I'm not so sure about your first question, so I'll answer the rest.
2- Yes you can, hold the word and it will show a little mouse (the one you see in Microsoft Word when u point at text. Then you can move that little mouse to where you want it.
3- Yes, you can disable auto correct, simply go.. Settings / Keyboard / typing settings (its a button) .. then tap English (or whatever you have it set to) ... Finally, uncheck 'Correct misspelled words'.

AAhhh sh... my device not work with your solution ... Win 7 x64 for if it help you. I try any solution i find but anyone work for me ... win say me "install fail", i device manager he tell me "the divice can not run (code:1)" and after a moment "please re install the drivers (code:18)" but when i try to reinstall he say "you have the better drivers ...". The only way i know is reinstall windows ... but he work on Win XP SP3 Pro.

No they didn't work too. Win say "driver installation" and fwe second later "installation fail"...
I have the same as you version of Windows and have the same problem. Only workeround for now for me is: after connecting phone to PC I am going to Device manager and using search for changes in devices option few times sometimes it work. If not I am using uninstall driver for MTP in mobile devices section, reconect phone and typicaly it working if not need do it again. I saw on other forums people have same problem with Xperia S but no one found 100% working solution.

Please note: This was already discussed and resolved in the DEVELOPER SECTION where we discuss about flashing the ROMs. The solution was to use an altrernate driver pack.

Ok ... no solution work !!!! Win say me SEMC HSUSB Device have the best drivers but anyone was install on my PC !! When i tried to update he say i have the best driver !! I have Sony Ericson sa0103 install but i don't see my phone anywere !!! I don't why but on XP the phone work great !! WTF !! i tried to put the same driver in win7 but he doeasn't work !! I dispear to find a solution !!

J'ai eu le même problème, aussi bien sous XP que sous Seven 64 bits.
Dans mon cas la solution fut d'installer (ou désinstaller/réinstaller) Windows Media Player (qui embarque les drivers MTP).
I got the same issue, in both windows XP and Seven 64 bits.
Problem solved (for me) with installation (or desintalling and installing) of WIndows Media Player.

Merci pour ton aide mais ca n'as pas marché j'ai tout mes appareils mobile avec un point d'exclamation mais le seul a pas marcher c'est le téléphone. Je pense que c'est un soucis dut a windows

MTP connection
If you can't get MTP connection you should first make sure that PC Companion and/or Windows Media Player (Latest version, Win XP only) is installed on your PC.
If your Xperia phone is running on Android Gingerbread you can try to clear data for the application called MTPapp. Found here in your phone; Settings > Applications > Manager applications > All > MTPapp > Clear data.

I gave sII , using unnoficial latest roottbox by nico ( 4.2.2 android based ), dorimanx kernel 9.40, but this problem perssist with all roms and kernels ( im always losing data connection after few hours and have to reboot to connect to internet again )
So can someone tell me what is the best modem me, im living in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ja imam neat lite rom i baseband xxms2 koji je mislim internacionalni za europu i nemam nikaki problema....a imo sam do prije 2 dana root box al nez koji baseband vjerovatno isti i isto bez problema uvijek..... mozda je problem zato sto je unnoficial..... da probas neku official stabilnu verziju stavit pa istestiraj

ista je stvar sa svim romovima i kernelima, stock i aosp.. znaci do modema je, BVLP7 je kod mene trenutno, za njeg kazu da je najbolji, signal je dovoljno jak , ali je nestabilan, dnevno barem jedan restart moram napraviti jer se signal bez razloga izgubi..

When plug in USB drive, USB settings show USB controlled by Connected device, cannot switch to This phone.
Use USB for is pointing to transferring files but cannot see the ISB drive.
I turned on USB pop-up log and noticed that, when I select This phone, the message is USB connected and then USB disconnected
Already turned on developer options --> default USB configuration but no use.
Anybody can help on how to solve this !!!!!
must use paragon sw for ntfs/ext/etc drives..
