hi, i have a problem regarding the camera
there a couple black dot in it and just to be sure, i already disassemble the phone to check whether it is dust...
already flash stock 2.3.6 , 4.0.3 , CM10.1 , CM 11 , but no luck...so im sure its the hardware problem
so here im asking if its possible to buy the camera module only? can anyone give me link?

Yes you can just buy the camera part & assemble (If you're confident!)
Just search ebay or amazon "galaxy s2 camera" in parts!!

Best to replace lens cover as well while you're at it (only few squid!!) to be on the safe side!

As far as I know camera's are same, not sure where you'd find a store that sold this part??, as I'm not from your part of the globe, I'm in UK!

Hi everyone im still noob lol but i would like to know more info how to update new firmware and too for kernel both.

Any new update this year for firmware or kernel? if yes how to update? Also where i can find new kernel or firmware?
I've heard something was talking about odin but im not quite clear where i can get file for kernel without doing mistake :/

First of all i receiv this phone as gift and was already cyanogen mod 7.
Since i cant use program kies (and i know the reason there is ROM different than stock original) i couldnt either to know if exits a new version yes.
Any suggestion?

Because i didnt root and either installed rom but i got as gift for this reason.
But ya root is active and rom too...i've check with one app for it.
I'm a noob too but I don't suggest you doing the rooting things, seriously.

Guess this would be a better place to ask this. Guys, I bricked my optimus hub. I'm stuck at lg screen with wrong recovery installed (recovery-RA-optm-2.2.1-GNM.img) so it doesn't get into any mode I've tried (and trust me, I have really tried all of them that are possible ).

thanks for the recommend....but miui is not my type....
I am also using Foxhound, I think some of the screenshots he has up are from a recently posted version as my previous version looked that way. Raff might be able to provide you another systemiu that could fix this. Or if you wanted, flash a previous version of Foxhound. Octacon v1 had the recently used apps looking the same way as you want to and is a stable ROM. Its available for download still on his download link. I think it was only changed in the most recent ROM.

Uhm its i think cheap tablet for the description it says, and i buy mostly these kind of tablets from china.
This time i want to try this one, and hoping they dont lie. But with these specifications and a price of €97,- you dont know..
But i take a shot!!!!

I have the same tablet but no link to upgrade the firmware. Upgrade OWL don't work.

I have exactly the same tablet from same vendor. I can recognize the picture.
Mine does not work anymore. I had an issue and the vendor has send me another firmware. After i installed that firmware nothing was working anymore and now the vendor does not answer anymore.
Could you kind of backup your firmware for me please?
I opened my tablet and this is what is inside:

Hello Xda and all orthers.
I've got a rpoblem/question which Elephone is refusing to answer for couple of weeks,
I've upgraded my TP firmware in this phone however the touchscreen doesnt seems to be work ok such like the touchscreen was rotated 180 somehow but he screen was on the place,
Example when you pull the notification bar down for normal you need to pull it of the edge of the screen right ?
but now after the firmware upgrade i need to pull it from the middle of the screen inorder to pull the notification bar down.
So i asked Elephone the stock/orginal TP firmware after few days i did get the file but when i want to flash the tool is telling me that i already have the newest TP firmware already installed ? So my question is how do i remove the old TP firmware inorder to flash the stock TP firmware ?
I've took also a video from the problem there seems to be not a problem whit the screen/touch self.
i already format+flash the rom no succes same problem

I just solved the same problem on mine. Elephone support is hopeless. They even posted the wrong TP firmware in their forum (GT970 instead of GT9157). If you are still looking for a solution please reply. It'll be a bit of writing.
