What's this
this module add a 'View in Play' button to the recent task long press popup menu and app info screen, let you easily view any apps in the Google Play!

an option to hide app icon from launcher @NetBender done
double top the recent task to view in the play @zenesis had done it, but, the recent task click response is not as quick as before, 'cause it waiting for double click action, Google let it go for some reason. so, here, i use two-finger-tap instead, wish u like it too.

oh~ it's~ yeah, this will not show the menu on the Chrome task, 'cause it's package name starts with 'com.android', not 'com.google', and this is often the android stock app, i will find a better way to fix it.

Excellent and useful module, because of the recent apps addition.
Well done, thanks @lj3lj3

That is exactly why i SUGGESTED the creation of another mod, similar to this one, but with a different functionality. The code should be very similar.
Why are you even bothering to answer something not directed to you?

I want to translate it in Italian, do you have to do a "cleanup" or i can start?

Please add a double tap function to go to playstore once a task is double tapped.

I've been looking for something like this for ages, thank you! I'm the "app guy" at the office and I'm constantly giving out advice on apps, so having this and transferring via NFC is going to make it really easy to me.
Slightly offtopic (sorry in advance): How do I get those extra navbar buttons? I wanna tinker with that. Thanks again.

It worked on my Z1(6903). Good ideas.

[APP][Xposed][Custom] Xposed Installer+ (2.1.4 build) added with new functionalities

Thanks to sir @Tungstwenty and sir @rovo89 for turning the Xposed project as Open Sourced.
NOTICE: Please don't ask about framework issues here. This is for the installer only.
This was built from Xposed Installer 2.1.4 source...
I've manage adding some functionalities that were not yet implemented on the 2.1.4 installer.
Please take a look at the screenshots below for the details... XD
By the way, sir @rovo89 is already up for the Xposed Installer 2.2, so I think you can just skip this if you want...
What's with this?
1.) Extended option for actions when a module is clicked from the modules list:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2.) Debug logs tab plus color coding for better readability
3.) Convert debug logs into either HTML or BBcode format, so you can retain the color coding and post it here in XDA or save it as a html file so It can be viewable from your web browser.
4.) Organize execution order of modules. In that way, you can gain full control of which module should be first executed by the xposed framework when your phone boots up and so on...
If you find this very interesting,
Please HIT Thanks! XD

Nice work. Are you considering to contribute the changes back?
For 1), I have already one pull request: https://github.com/rovo89/XposedInstaller/pull/13. It needs a bit more work, but I will probably include this in a future version.
For 2): A log view is definitely planned and colors could be useful for that (even though the image is too small to see what it looks like).
The log export in 3) is useful as well, especially if you can copy it to the clipboard or send it to a text editor app.
I'm not sure about 4). The UI definitely looks nice, so I'm curious to see how it is coded. But is there any need for that? I guess no user would know what to configure there. So if you know any combinations of modules that require this, I would rather check if the framework can't figure out the correct order itself, or maybe give modules some additional control over this.
So as you can see, I would consider merging most of your additions, which would make sure everyone can enjoy them and that users can upgrade using the new downloader feature in version 2.2 (which would break with modified apps because of the different signature). If you publish your changes, that would save some work and time and it also continues the thought of Open Source.

Precedence order force closes with more modules installed... is this a bug? and also precedence order is not making any changes as I have two modules installed thats Nottach and xblast tools and both have the option to enable status bar transparency but when I enable transparency in xblast, it also make other apps to cover status bar background but as in nottach one, its status bar transparency don't make other apps to cover statusbar background.
So, when I try to put nottach at the very bottom to apply its options after all the modules with like xblast, but the precedence option don't seems to work. It always put the nottach module at the very top of the list after reboot in precedence option.
Please, fix this.

my suspect is maybe you have not granted it with root access... Precedence manager requires root to manipulate orders of modules...
and please elaborate more about the force close or show us some steps on how to reproduce it... thanks...

[MOD][4.0+][XPOSED]Holo Themer - Force Holo Dark/Light on any app!

Holo Themer lets you force any app to use:
Holo Dark
Holo Light

Holo Light with no Actionbar
Wallpaper
Wallpaper with no Title-bar
This will only work on apps that already use a Holo theme of some kind (which is most apps, and practically no games)

HAHA i personally used this app to get White on AOSP. LOL
I'm currently making a "support package" for specifically the settings app, itll make the icons down the left black, so itll work with holo light background
Do you, BTW, want white icons down left?
teaser of the new support package
Buddy already happy as it is. I like all black . No need for more white.
Maybe a button apply to all wild be nice . (With a big warning if something should go wrong)
And somewhat an icon next to the program which setting is applied. But as said. Happy already. Millions thanks

I see, for App Monster (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.android_telefonie.appmanager) it does not work.
Maybe you could change the UI a little. I think there are 2 kind of people: Preferring dark or white. You could set this with a global option, and then just tick an app to apply. An long touch/extra button could be used to (re) start the app to test it.
(Then it does not matter that the UI does not load the preference which theme was set)
Btw, the portal content suggrstion does not work because the captcha piucture does not show. Maybe a mod like @GermainZ could repair it & report this module

The reason I'm reluctant to add a "make all dark" or "make all light" button is because there is almost certainly an app you do not want to be dark/light
Like browser for example will mess up
So will whatsapp
YouTube
Plenty others
What portal content? What capcha? Sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about!

You probably want to hook setTheme as well, some apps will call that in their onCreate method (after your hook, effectively making your own call to setTheme useless.)
You might also want to look into hooking ContextThemeWrapper instead of Activity's onCreate, but I didn't look too much into that.
Samsung TouchWiz features tabbed settings, so theming it with this module cut out part of those tabs, looks weird.
Wow man, thanks you SO MUCH !! Like you I dreamed about an holo light settings app. So much better that way !

Out of curiosity how do you get my source? Or did you guess what I did?
I'm hooking Activity.class onCreate
Before hooked method I'm setting the theme to whatever user selected for that app
Ah I've just re read what you write and I understand now. Thanks I will

[Mod][Xposed] Alarm Clock Plus 2.0

There was a similar tweak for iOS back in the days when i was an iphone user which i was always missing on my Android device.
Now i just created it myself because i was bored yesterday :>
Do you enjoy snoozing in the morning as much as i do? Hate how you always have to look at your phone to determine if you can snooze
one more time or not?
This tweak tells you the time, everytime you snooze your alarm. Actually, it can tell you about anything.
You can set your own text and use a variety of variables. (Currently there are only a few. More might follow, if people like this tweak - for example unread mail count, weather, etc.)

Compatibility:
I tested this tweak on a Nexus 5, running 4.4.2 Stock.
Alarm Clock Plus should be working on about any Device and any version of Android that has the stock Clock app.
(Please let me know if it works for you or if you have any issues, thanks)
This only works with the standard Google clock!
Package: com.google.android.deskclock | com.android.deskclock
Currently the Interface is still pretty raw and ugly.
I will work on that soon. Also I have some ideas for more features, which I'm going to implement over time.

Great idea. Like this very much. But unfortunately I'm using cyanogenmod 11 on my nexus 5.
And cm is not using the standard google clock. Is it possible that you can port this module to run also on devices with cyanogenmod?
Thank you.
Great potential...when it is ported to work with cyanogen I will definitely give it a try.

thanks for the feedback. i'll try to look into it, to get it to work for cm

have you tried to open the settings of the tweak and then hit the "save" button?
seems like for some people you need to do this first (im working on it!)
or maybe your locale isnt supported by text-to-speech. currently the tweak uses the default locale which is set by the system (i'll add a switcher to set a custom locale soon)

mhm. then im out of ideas for now, sorry ;(
maybe it is not 4.4.3 compatible. i dont know if the clock app changed or anything else xposed related.
i'll look into it
Another possible feature that you might look into -
Announcing the time on request (say, when I press the volume button) - BEFORE the alarm goes off. When I'm half asleep in the morning and not sure whether it is time to wake up, I want to be able to press the volume key and hear what time it is. I was trying to do it via tasker this weekend but didn't quite achieve what I was looking for.
So, if you can implement something to this effect in your module, that would be awesome.
Is not work on my galaxy s5

Please check the first post, I updated the module.
Changelog also in first post. Might have fixed the bug andreasf93 was experiencing
(Please let me know if it works now (Encountered the same bug as you, another reboot seemed to fix it for me))
@bagarwa
very good idea!
I'll probably implement that soon
Not sure if their name is copyrighted, but you may wanna change the name of this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vp.alarmClockPlusDock
Would hate to see a wonderful developer get a lawsuit! How about "Alarm Clock ADVANCED"
can you add option to turn off/on all the alarms that are setted ?
super charge for clock
It doesn't work on my GS4 on stock GPE 4.4.2. Voice is heard when press test buttons but when alarm goes off.. Snooze our cancel alarm didn't produce any sound.
Any ideas?

Nice module, good job.
A few notes
-the app list needs time to load but you are not showing a loading icon. At first I thought the app was broken, but when I clicked 'launch app' a few seconds later it showed up.
-why are you using gingerbread drop down list?
-if you don't need the v4 support library (which is included automatically) you should remove it and your app size will go down by 200 kb
Looking forward to the shortcut option.

Hello, I like the animation very much but I'm having one issue. (I am new to Xposed modules, although I've heard of them for a long time this is the first one I have tried) The issue I have is when I hit "show settings" it shuts down the program. Colors both work as will as gradient and random colors, just when I hit the show settings...
I have a OnePlus 8t running Havoc OS I'm pretty sure everything is up to date if you need anything from me in the way of logs or what not please tell me how to get those for you and I would be happy to.
Oh okay no problem I will try to fix it
And I'm glad to hear that it's your first module !

Are you rooted ? If yes can you download logcat reader from play store, then in app search for matrixrain, open Matrix Rain without close logcat reader and reproduce the bug, and finally go back to logcat reader then click on three dots at top, and save logcat and send it here (there is a lot of "and"). Otherwise if you are not rooted the app explain you how to do, sorry to ask you that but I don't understand why it does that it's working with with touchwiz, aosp and oneui for me :/
I am rooted, and maybe forgot to add I am not using Google play services but using microg. Microg is working except I'm still trying to iron out unifiedNLP. Here is that logcat file.
@Jck0day works on oos 11. Only issue is it runs fast on pulldown of notification drawer, then slows by about 1/3 speed if left down
Also is it possible to add to recents also?
Worked for me ! Samsung S20 FE 5G OneUI 3.1. Android 11. I didn't think if was going to because I had tried your other module "notigif" a few months ago and it didn't work. Turns out if you restart system ui, which there's clearly a button for and your instructed to do so, they both work perfectly. Guess I should read directions.
Thank you for this! At first I tried installing it with Edxposed but it soft bricked my phone and got stuck on a continuous boot loop, thankfully I backed my phone up and got it back to normal. This time around I used Lsposed and it works flawlessly! On my Asus ROG 3 (Android 10) ! I absolutely love it, keep up the good work! Also, how did you change the colors of your notifications/icons on the status bar? Ive been searching for a module to do so, but not having any luck. I have gravity box, but the only option they have is changing the colors of the navigation buttons... If you can help with that, it would be much appreciated!

Oh damn this is good to know for EdXposed, this is a big error I didn't know For the colors I use HyperRom, this is a very good custom rom with a rom control where you can change colors
If I have time I will may be create a rom control via an Xposed module but the problem is the time :/
Thanks for your review this is nice !

Hey sorry I didn't undertand Notigif is working now or no ? Because may be you installed an older version, there are versions with bugs on certain roms
But I'm glad to hear that this module is working, thanks for your review !

@Jck0day works on oos 11. Only issue is it runs fast on pulldown of notification drawer, then slows by about 1/3 speed if left down
Also is it possible to add to recents also?

Oh okay, I will add a button to do, it will still be more practical, thanks for the suggestion
I tried this on my OnePlus 7T-HD1907 with OxygenOS 11.0.4.1.HD65AA, Android 11-Security Patch 2021-10-01, Magisk v23.0 by topjonwu, Riru v26.1.3.r513.8e95115fd4 by Rikka, LSposed v1.6.3. (6212) by LSposed Developers. It unfortunately didn't work. I only used the recommended app selection, and I did NOT install it as a system app due to low system space. If it needs not be a system app let me know and I'll try it again, or if I left any helpful information out of my specs let me know about that as well and I'll edit this.

Oh no it does work. Both notigif and matrix rain work for me. Reason I though it didn't work is I never tried to restart system ui. But after I restarted system ui everything worked like it should

First time rooting.. Works on moto stylus 2020(sofiap) rooted with magisk from A11(r) stock rom with lsposed. Trying to find all the apps needed was a maze (riru, lsposed, hook in (or whatever). Root for android 11 especially moto doesn't have a whole lot I've found,but matrix rain is sweet.. I can dig it! Thanks for this!
Hey man I really like your module, thank you for making it, it looks awesome on my phone.
I am running Resurrection Remix clear theme on Android 10, Moto G Power 2020. Latest riru + lsposed.
I had a suggestion, although if it where easily done perhaps you would have done so already, but how about instead of the rain consisting of letters of the alphabet, it be the actual symbols from the movie or something close to it?
Edit - I found this matrix font available freely on the web perhaps it can be added in the module.
