Its a bit early yet, but check out the work of Lokifish Marz. Just don't ask him about an update, under no circumstances.
Due to logistics issues, many potential devs are going to get their "Dev editions" last of all, in a couple of months or so. Particularly EU devs, sadly.

Just wait a bit more... @trent999 said everything - devs (October) edition will be shipped at the end of next month so you'll see many great things, mods and apps in April.
I already tried few things but it's very hard to work without device, especially when you are working on something you never worked before.
Usually, devs get devices first so they can provide some help to users but for the company as well but......well we all know the story

Don't flash this on At&t. It will work but you will not have a working phone or data. You also might have a lot of trouble getting 3g/4g to work when you flash back.
I know it is for the Korean version but I thought your devs might find a way to download and take a peek. The site is in Chinese and I can't figure it out.

Doubt we'll see it soon. AT&T still needs to get it's grimy little hands on it. I say two months before they start releasing it, then they'll stop updates because of issues with AT&T crap, then try again after another month. Textbook OTA updates.

Official AT&T JB upgrade is 6 months away, if we are lucky. A strong possibility that LG will renege on their promise to bring JB to US. But, no worries, as we have devs who are working hard to bring us JB and more. Right, devs?
ATT still needs to add the required bloatware before releasing it after LG does. I even unlocked my bootloader using shellnutt's $1 app on Google Play to show some support. hell i even logged in and did my first post after being registered for 6+ years with 0 posts to thank the devs on their posts!

You guys want some good news?
I worked a 96 hour shift minus 12 I came home to run errands. Well, I was going to flash one of the roms but I could at work. Everyone thought I was crazy but I knew the hardware was just too similar.
Anyways, someone flashed the firmware and it worked. One of the roms is a CDMA Rom but it is set up for a different frequency. Everything works but no phone or data. WiFi even worked.
So, I don't know if one of you want to try it but the K or S version might work on at&t.
Check and see what frequency they are on and try that one. You might have everything but lte.
Anyways, I am not sure how different the At&t phone is but it is worth a try.
Do it at your own risk.

Nexus 4 Roms? I'd like to find out a little bit more about this.. I'd just like an AOSP ICS rom..
Any devs thinking of the possibility to make things with the new note 3 such as, the spen features work(ACTION MEMO, SCRAPBOOK,ETC) on our older note2's? It looks like the snote refresh is more user friendly to everyday actions. The rest is still ok, for me anyway. But I would rather donate than spend $700 for a new phone. Thoughts?

Seems like we have waited forever for samsung to release anything for an update towards the note2. Touchwiz related anyway. Romming is always great. I hope your right!

Guess you haven't heard but the Note 2 is getting updated to 4.3 in October.
Those features will most likely be included

Yes, although it'd be best just to flash the 4.3 stock ROM that our devs release, when it becomes available, so you'll stay unlocked and rooted because they may not be able to unlock any new updates.

Why dont we have a Note 3 feature mod yet? There are 4.3 roms out for our device, I have searched for about a week now with no reason as to why we dont have the Note 3 features ported to our device yet. Maybe Im just to much of a noob to know the reason, but if anyone has any insight please clue me in.

I've been checking for updates all day to download KitKat, but it says I already have the most up to date software.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I got kit kat on my S4 today! Not what I expected. Disappointed in the screen saturation so I wiped it and all is good again.
Microsoft can be slow at sending updates some times. Be patient, kitkat will come.

It is indeed real. I just wonder when we will start seeing it and it's new features on our phones. It's nice that it will bring some continuity to the phones, as it can run on both low and high end devices. Perhaps eventually the OS fragmentation will be a problem of the past for Android.

Oh guys I unlocked the bootloader you just have to safe strap kitkat to your s-off and it will jump the Odin and your bootloader will be unlocked. Confirmed this on my cat's S4 as well.

Why are Android Wear updates even being released in waves. All watches run stock Android Wear on almost the same hardware. It's ridiculous that Google isn't able to catch up in this field.

Its Really Google. It has nothing to do with Asus.. Asus built the hardware. A third party out source that Google uses. Built Android wear.. When they get to zw 2. We will get the update..

This is weird.. The source code Asus released for the zw2. Has the kernel & firmware in the same tar file. Which makes since why people are having problems with recompiling. Just noticed it this morning. Playing with the source.

Sorry folks, if this is slightly off topic, but I just pulled the trigger on the zw2 in anticipation of the speaker allowing calls in the future. Question; If Verizon refuses to give my Sony z3V Marshmallow, will I have any problems using the devices together to make & receive calls on the zw2? My z3v is currently running rooted lollipop with advanced calling activated.
