And there is no android 2.5

yes its possible but fir MIcode have to support this builds
right now micodes are on support till 4.2.2
and in soon it will be updated as new miui v6 will be release may be in a month

I tested the other Miui (v5) and the reason that i went back to slimrom is the fact that notifications (for example whatsapp) werent draggable to expand them.
Is that 'problem' resolved in this rom?
