[Q] Used LCDdensity and now my Lenovo S6000l is stuck in boot loop. Please Help - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I recently got my Lenovo S6000l tablet and i played around with it and rooted it but im still using stock rom.

I tried the factory reset and it still doesnt work.

I've downloaded stock firmware for my tablet.
If i copy the file over to my memory card and install it from my recovery menu then things will be ok?

I hope I posted this in the right subforum.
Your device is not bricked. You said that you are able to boot into recovery, so all you need to do is flash a new rom.
How to flash it ? Where can I get new rom ?
See here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1263292.
so i copy rom.zip to sd card, boot into recovery and select update from sdcard.. thats it ? I didnot install clockward recovery. Please reply.

So since you can get into download mode, why not just flash your stock rom using odin?

Nandroid. If you have ClockworkMod installed, then you can perform a nandroid backup of your device. It creates a backup of your entire system and data which you can then later restore (just that it won't be in one file as you described; they will be a the same folder as separate img files e.g data.img, system.img, etc.). If your device is in a bootloop for example, you can simply boot into recovery and restore a previous backup and your device will be fine again.

[Q] archos 101 titanium rom fail (Help needed before 11am)

Hi whilst updating the tablet it died and now it wont boot it will just go to a purple screen.
I can get into recovery and even into the rockchip flash mode but i cant find anything to flash as the archos one needs me to have the device running.
Thanks bobthecooldad
needs to be done using rockchip as adb wont let me shell or even browse the devices so it would have to be a full .img

i flashed the rom through the rock chip as i have a Gemini joy pad what is flashed through the rock chip so i didn't worry about putting cwm as i have bricked my gemini 5 times but just used the rock chip image to reflash.
so it doesnt have cwm and i cant install cwm as i cannot use the push command to move cwm onto the device.

sorry I didn't mean to interrupt. I was just tryna be kind and helpful.

I installed the stock recovery via ODIN and it works properly.

As much as I flash via ODIN, CWM, TWRP, etc., I have never used ADB for anything. I will download Android SDK package and get going figuring it out. Bear with me a little while. I'll get back to you. Again, thanks for all your help.
I've tried both ADB and terminal emulator and could not figure out how to pull recovery.fstab. Basically, I cannot find the file. I had to admit, I am a novice when it comes down to ADB and terminal emulator even after the searching and reading about both. I got ADB installed, and it is recognizing my device. I was also able to execute commands but I can't find the file to pull. Am I missing something?

Unable to install CWM on my GT-I9200
Hi Sarath,
I was able to root the phone but was never successful in installing the CWM on my GT-I9200 (India). I get only those 2 red lines when I try to get into CWM but normally everything works fine and no RED lines when booting. Please try to get the CWM working for this phone.
If the phone is stuck without booting or anything happens to the stock ROM then without CWM nothing can be done except taking the Phone to the Service center which is a Pain.
Thank you for working on this....Really appreciate all your work...
i need recovery.fstab.

I doesn´t work after root

Hello,
Please, I need your help.
I have a tablet Teclast A10T I did the root. After rebooting, factory reset always internal memory and I get 0.00B.
Also does not work any buttons or USB port, so I can not enter recovery mode and flash the firmware.
The issue is that since it has no internal memory I can not reinstall busybox or any other application.
And since not been able to root, I have no permissions to write to the / system folder.
I need your help!
Sorry for my English.

Install cwm custom recovery from here:
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2057511
This is only a custom recovery, it will not fix your phone, it's a step towards fixing it.
What version of Android were you using? Asking because to tell you which rom to flash I will need to know which rom you had previously.
