Thanks bro....
I'm about to flash your gnexus toro
Then I'll come back and try flo..
Sent from the "DOG" pound

Thx
Flashing in a minute. Will try mako laterlater
Very good so far. Some minor issues :
If you pull down notifications the clear all and the halo switch is not fully shown. They are cropped.
Of in landscape some off the menus are cropped some are fine
See pics.

Pretty smooth comes very near to Velocity on speed and smoothness.
You have some really nice wallpapers. Will backup the app with tb, so I can use it on other roms.
Just had a framework error on trickster.
Will test it a bit further. But cause i am more a vanilla type I will switch back to a slimmer rom.
But anyway thx for your hard work to bring us flashers something new to play with.

Nice, thanks a lot! AOSP right? (to flash a custom kernel).

Awesome rom! Got it on hammerhead! Thanks for the work!
Just got a little bug.. See the screen :

That's usually because the Regular Gapps Package is not updated to work proper for the Nexus4.
Try Flashing BaNkS Gapps.

Lol sorry thought i put it in there just the same as others no rom is better on battery all the same
I appreciate all you guys input. You're right, rom is a bit bare ATM, the guys at TH are now getting in full swing in getting all their devices setup. This is where we start to add more goodies to this. I just wanted to let you know that XenonHD is not dead and all of us was simply waiting for Lollipop to finally get their source stable enough for us to work with it. I plan to add some extras to get battery better than it is now, since this is my daily on my device.
This rom is really buttery smooth. but face black screen when open some apps, especially opening the setting of the apps.

I think I know what he's saying. I installed the ROM but quickly noticed that tasks which can be interpreted by multiple apps (like when you click on a picture and it asks what you want to use to open it), rather than a menu asking what app you'd like to use, the screen just dims a little. It does this for videos, pictures, and it wouldn't go to the launcher before I went into settings and selected a default one. So I suppose the issue is with the menu itself, but for some reason it doesn't show up. Otherwise, the ROM seems to work fine in every aspect. Apps open quickly and fluidly, other than this one bug I see no trouble with this as a daily.
Edit: I'm using the most recent PA apps, which I flashed simultaneously with the rom.

Man you are the best bro we all really appreciate for all of the work you've done ( cries with tears of joy)?
Loving this experience, only issue Im having is with Bluetooth media playback, It keeps saying internal player error when using Google Play Music or any of my podcast apps but over the speaker and through auxiliary it plays fine?? Anybody else having issues and may have a solution calls and everything else seem to work fine though. Can provide logcat if needed.
@Megatron007
Will you continue to make unofficial builds for XenonHD? I think I found the ROM I will stick with.

Cool thing about Layers is it uses code that is native to Lollipop unlike Theme Engine. Awesome read on RRO/Layers is here.

CarbonROM is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.
Please feel free to look, build, and use our code at CarbonROM's GitHub... and at CarbonROM Gerrit.

While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.
Support:
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Ask a question on our IRC channel. Connect to #teamcarbon on irc.freenode.net or click here. You'll find several other Carbon fans and usually one or more devs as well. Please be polite.

I would imagine flashing a kernel before January security patch would fix this (or maybe with the January security patch). Not running Carbon right now but just a guess.

The reason this is unofficial for now is that some of the features included in this build are from our gerrit and haven't been pushed into source. This device will go official on CarbonROM shortly.
Thank you to @kwoktopus and @Myself5 for all their help

Realy, thanks... "o)
Hello @gtpitch,
Thanks a lot for the wonderful work.
Glad to see OP2 getting the dev community support with another great ROM.
Cheers!
For others running this rom,
Can this be used as daily driver? Since this is the only phone I've got.
Does VoLTE work?
Thanks
Some initial feedbacks
No way to invert software button
There is no menu for the one plus commit (to define the notification slider)
Double tape to wake option is present but need kernel auditor to work
New build is up https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767139920
The enable navigation bar option works now and is moved to advanced options under buttons.
The sim settings crash and Google assistant crash are fixed.
Next up will be the ability to swap the hardware buttons, define longpress options on software keys and a menu to control and reverse slider actions.
