[Q] Is it possible to always show transparent nav & status bar when in immersive mode
Is there a workaround for the transparent nav and status bars to always show in immersive mode instead of swiping?

The point of immersive mode the hide those things so you have more screen real estate.. For pie. If the reason you're using it is for pie than use LMT launcher..
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app

I really like the translucent nav and status bar on the immersive mode. I hope dev somedays can add an option to disable the auto hide function of the status and nav bar for the immersive mode.

Are you looking for something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-force-translucent-kitkat-t2721632/ ?

Hiding the navigation bar?

I've found the option for the notification bar, but I can't seen to find a way to hide the navigation bar. The option for color for ht nav bar doesn't appear to do anything either.
Am I just totally missing how you hide the nav bar? I use pie so I really don't need the softkeys hanging out at the bottom.

Hi,
For now the navigation bar can't be hidden, but its color can be changed in the Advanced Settings menu. What device do you have? As changing it in the Advanced Settings menu should do the trick.

Hi,
It's titled Notification Bar (in the advanced settings), which lets you change both the color of the navigation bar and notification bar. Sorry for the mix up.

Is this what you looking for?
Settings => System => System navigation => Navigation dock (off => on)
About Navigation dock => Hide Navigation bar
Yeah sort of but was after a way to get rid of it rather than just hide it so when I get a navigation pill app and swipe up the bar won't return

But should work!!!
You can try different combination, don't hide navigation bar in the dock, instead switch ON the navigation bar in the settings of navigation bar, then you can manually hide or swipe up to unhide.

Immersive status bar triggered by nav bar

Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to trigger an immersive Status bar when the nav bar is set to immersive? (Using the little square on the lower left corner in the Stock ROMs)

Immersive mode status bar Blank/Black

So I enabled Immersive mode. But whenever i enable to hide system bars. The status bar always leaves a blank/black space so that means that the app is not in fullscreen yet
Is there any fix to this? Im on android 10
