installed but i don't have root and when downloading themes online...the app closes and message appears, "unfortunately themes has stopped"

Actually MIUI's way of rooting is something called LBE Guard and it functions correctly, you may have to turn permissions on in the LBE Guard app they are proably disabled and if i'm not mistaken the themes are broken from MIUI official so i think until it's fixed on MIUI they should work in any of this roms

1. Rotation Dosen't work even if you slide out your keyboard.
2. LBE Guard, I changed the settings but still could not get Root Access, cannot install su binary with superuser.
Edit : Seems Rotation actually works but not in the entire UK and apps work as normal. Very Lovely and Smooth ROM.

This mod will give you Reboot and Reboot To Recovery Option in power Menu... This is not my work.. I am just sharing it...
First ofall u need to install Xposed Framework Mod.. This mod will work in Odexed and Deodexed Roms.. Go to here and follow the instructions....

Sorry mate.. Some heavy work.... And yes u can uninstall Xposed Framework.. No problem... But better keep that for future use... There are 100s of modules available..

I am in latest firmware bro. And using the same Cwm recovery for locked bootloader.. Working fine for me and some others.. Surely u done some wrong... Tell me the steps u do and i will try to find the problem.. Dont worry

To get those Advanced boot options you must deodex your framework
To deodex your framework try this.. http://d-h.st/LpT just flash this via cwm and later download any custom framework by me,Till-Kruspe or pranav Pandey and just install it!
If you want the Honami Styled Framework along with this Advanced reboot option try my xperia Z1 Stuffs.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2346238

I just wanted the reboot(normal) and reboot to CWM and any other advanced reboot like reboot to bootloader but not other mods.I have deodexed my stock ICS 4.1.B.0.587 using your zip.Please tell me what to do or where can i get the advanced boot/reboot menu options

you need to be mod your frameworks entirely bro.. so its better installing some custom frameworks that is the only option where you can get it working easily and if you want it on stock try searching it in themes and apps section...

I think it is working just on new CM11 theme engine. And on ROMs that has it.
Anyway @op did not provide any information for what ROM is this theme, how to use it...

I think there is alternative for theme chooser engine of cm11.. i have read in one of the threads of s advance about that module by some member... Cant recall the name of the module.. IF U KNOW/ HAVE HEARD ABOUT SAME PLEASE TELL!

I know that there is Xponsed mod called Xtheme engine. But i dont know if it works on Kitkat. And this mod need Xthemes not standard theme hooser themes.

get root explorer and extract systemui.apk from stock rom.
move it to root/system /app/here.
now hold on systemui.apk(maybe phone will reboot once)
then go to systemui.apk again.
click and hold on it.
go to permission
mark the 3 read option.
and mark the 1st write option.
save
u will see permission like r--w-r-r
that's all.
its easy.
