Not at the moment. Unstable betas are out which om sure you have already seen
But apart from that not at present. Original talk was january but looks like that its most likely to be an aosp rom as opposed to an official firmware update from samsung.

No, the hardware is totally different. If you want 4.4 them try a custom rom.
