[Xposed] G2 Kit Kat Hacks - G2 General

So running Kit Kat, what are some good Xposed modules?
I'm using G2 Xposed now and it works about 50/50.
Things I'm missing:
Crazy Immersive mode
It tries but falls back to standard colors.
Slimmer Nav Bar
Just not working at all.
Nav bar button assignment
Again, not working at all.

try gravitybox. i use g2 xposed only to hide carrier label and i have the paid version
gravitybox does the rest for me. people are saying that g2tweaks work well

Good info. I'm also noticing I'm unable to hide all the extra bs status bar icons like alarm and nfc and 4G data when using WiFi.
I'll try the others. Good suggestions.

G2 TweaksBox is really good. Premium does a lot of your missing things that don't work in Gravity box. Attaching a pic of the modules I use. Those and Advanced Power Menu.

really need to reduce the nav bars.. the full sized bar is taking too much real estate on the screen.

Sell the property then? That real estate could be valuable. There could be gold hidden under there. I know a few real estate agents, pm me.

Sure, send me the agreement. I willing to put it up for sale at $500. I can give u 5% as referral fee.

you can have all those
Immersive mode works perfectly if you use App Settings xposed 1.7 to all system apps to full screen. Then use gravity box kit kat to enable expanded desktop view. Also g2 tweak box beta 2 has mod for 5 button repositional nav buttons.

Where is the best place to get these? I'm keen to start tweaking my G2 as it's totally stock at the moment.

Reduce Nav Bar size works for me with G2 Xposed. Although Knock Off stopped working, when I double tap the status bar, it only opens date options. Transparent status and Nav Bar works also.

It worked on JB, 4.2.2. Neither Immersion Mode, Nav Buttons. Or Size is working.

Make sure to enable the module in xposed and reboot before you make changes or they won't work. Some changes like nav bar height require a reboot after changing too before you see a difference.
You are on stock-based Kk right? Are you maybe using an older version?

Is there any module that allows for the full screen music lock screen. Since LG removed it on stock

I'm also not getting anything out of G2 Tweaksbox. I installed and activated it, then restarted. Nothing changes though. The most I've accomplished is changing the nav bar color with G2 Xposed.

You have to download the beta 2.0 version . 1.9 won't work. You can find it at the end of the first post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48003521&postcount=1 . Also remember you have to reboot after changing any options that is not under theme section to apply settings.

Would anyone be interested in transparent status bars?

The statusbar will be transparent on the home screen (like the S4) when you click into an app itll go back to black. This will be a project that takes a lot of time because I will have to do this for every rom individually and then keep updating it as they do. I dont want to start this project if no one cares for it.
Yes or no? Vote in the poll.
Also, can you guys list roms that dont get updated back to back?
Roms like Jelly Beans is perfect because he isnt always pushing updates, roms like that will be ideal.
Great idea, would you do one for the stock OTA beanstown compiled? Deodexed. Itll never see an update lol

I didnt realize that. Sorry guys, Im going to have to pass on this project because Xposed does allow you do to this + way more options.
First download xposed framework: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1763596&d=1361912261
Its an APK, just install it then open up the app and hit the "install/update" button. After this restart the phone and download Xposed Tweak Box located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1757849&d=1361739667
Install that apk as well. Now go back to the xposed installer (its the first app you installed) and click where it says, "modules." Select Tweak Box now go back to the Tweak Box app and customize away. It gives you options for any status bar color, transparency and much more.
Give these folks a thanks, here is the link to Xposed Framework and Tweak Box below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1629653
Edit: Some roms already come with this, some dont and Xposed Framework is universal.

I was under the impression you'd be doing it like on the S4. Although xposed will allow a transparent statusbar, when you enter an app it stays that way.
In your mod you talked about having it go black once you enter an app which xposed will NOT do.
For whatever reason I'm not able to get the Xposed tweakbox to make the status bar transparent. I'm running beans build 14. The slider is to the right making it transparent. I've tried to make other changes, but no luck. Any suggestions?

[MOD][XPOSED][4.4] Enable Translucent Decor

Translucent status and navigation bars in KitKat were disabled for the Nexus 10. This module enables them back for any apps which use them. (This module does not enable translucent status or navigations bars for any other apps.)
There is no settings activity. This module just does one thing for now.
Requires a KitKat-based ROM with the Xposed framework installed.
Props to @rovo89 for the awesome Xposed framework!
You can grab it from its Xposed Module Repository page.
Works well on rooted odexed stock 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 too
Thanks!

It would be great if it was made to work without spoofing a tablet (it can create issues with the correct representation of apps), so it would be great if a phone edition (say for nexus phones) of this great mod was to be released...

Sadly it didn't work to my CM11 tablet, maybe it is because it is classed as a "low ram device" by the OS, but there, (to my experience at least) this mod only works to N10, out of the box at least...

You need to use a launcher that actually makes use of the transparency feature. Think of the launcher just like any other app - if it doesn't request transparency, the bars will still be black. The stock launcher doesn't do this. You can use Google Now Launcher on the Play Store, Nova, or Apex I believe and you'll get the transparent bars.

Hide Softkeys with Kitkat

Hi,
i'm still on 4.2.2 because of one only thing : i don't wanna see the softkeys anymore! (or just when i swipe up)
I read everywhere that "Auto Hide Softkeys" (that i use now) is buggy on kitkat, and that UDN Pro too.
Is there a solution to do the same thing?
Or have i to wait for an update of one of theses apps?
Thanks for your replies

There's a blank area at the bottom of the screen on the launcher.
Sometime the softkeys are blacks (not transparent anymore), doesn't disappear.
i don't know, i'm not very satisfied with that.
Soft keys fade mod doesn't do the thing i want...
So, what to do?
wait for an update of autohide hotkeys?

You know where to customize this quick circle i used to have 3 options and be able to change them but now i don't see the option in my setting to change it anymore.
Are you talking about the orange nav and status bar? Thats power saving it lowers ram usage, turns down brightness and lowers animation speeds so its faster and saves power.
