pls help me to install the stock rom..... or tell me the procedure to update to gingerbread... pls pls...

I had Cyanogenmod 11 on my S3 Mini and it had a lot of bugs so I decided to remove it.. I couldn't get any file on my phone via USB for some reason and every download was interrupted... I decided to install ROOTed version of stock rom via ODIN and now it won't even boot up ! What should I do ? Should I install stock rom via Odin ? HELP PLEASE !
helo everybody , i have rooted my xperia p who hjave the stock JB , unlocked the bootloader , and i have installed cmw 6.0.1.2, and when i try to flash a kitkat rom ( i have tried slimkat and cm 11 ) it says error 7, and i have a bootloop ( i have done all the steps letter by letter )
i re-flashed jb stock rom with flashtool , so please tell me how to flash a kitkat rom without these problemes ( i know am a newbie )

today i rooted my sony xperia p successfully and then i unlocked the bootloader also .after which when i was flashbooting my phone for custom rom dont know wat happened but my phone got stuck and whenever i switch on its shows only sony its not switching on or off pls help me need your help
Try to shot down force fully then flash stock rom using flashtool

Can anyone provide me with xolo q2000 stock kernel which can be flashe via sp flash tool, I bricked my fone flashing wrong file to boot using MTK Droid tool due to which my fone is stuck at logo icon and not switching on, need to flash stock kernel, recovery and rom out of which I cannot find kernel.
