I installed DoubleTapToSleep on my Galaxy Note 2 but when I DoubleTap on the notification bar, the World Clock shows up but the phone doesn't sleep.
Has anyone run into this before and if so, what can I do to fix this issue?

I'm surprised that nobody has had this happen to them or at least has an idea of what might be causing this issue. Anybody? Please???
Failing that, does anybody know how I can get in contact with the developer of DoubleTapToSleep?

The lock screen and wallpaper are not updating for me. It has been light out for 3 hours and they are still showing the moon. Anyone else have this problem?

Dont' know if this applies, but how often is your weather set to update? That might be the problem.

It was set to 3 hours so I don't think that was it but I did change it to 1 hour. When I went into the weather app everything did update. Weird!
Can anyone help? Really want the standard clock to show but it just comes up a blank screen when placed in the station.
I'm using the official Samsung Desktop Dock.

There's a thread somewhere on XDA re NOT having the clock show when docked. Perhaps a solution there you could back into.
EDIT: well maybe a brain fart re a thread here on XDA--cannot find any such thread now. But I know I found a couple a bit ago as I wanted to disable that on my tab.
Mine automatically pops up... I cannot offer any advice aside from resetting to factory and see if that helps.
Tried this multiple times but no change. Decided to use bedside clock as it's absolutely amazing!

I have a general problem with all samsung mobile phones from s2 and note to s3
The screen continuously turns on and off when in idle mode that drain phone battery fast and I had no reason to do something like that
Any one could help?
must be because of something you did on all these phones.
- rooted?
- custom rom?
- separate custom kernel?
- weird apps?
- some badly made cover/case that inadvertently presses the power button regularly?
what happens on screen when it is turned on? just the unlock screen or ..??

it's not rooted or custom rom it's the original rom
weird apps I don't really know about this
cover/case not installed
it's only lighten up like when press home key the pattern appear and then turn off again
I've had all the Galaxy S line of phones. Never seen this kind of behavior. Especially if your not flashing anything. Take it back.

I had this problem with my S3 2 weeks ago.
Turns out that the "Super Mario Bross" game was causing this.
Install BetterBatteryStats to see whats is causing this problem. :good:

It gives you a detailed report of whats constantly using the battery and keeping the phone awake, called wakelocks.

Really appreciated all of you, I found a live wallpaper that was causing this and I removed it and everything is OK now :good:

Goto settings >developer options > uncheck show screen updates

The thin is everything else is great but, the Home screen is able to be turn horizontal, and after it's happened part of the all screen widgets and icons are GONE.. ;(
i have used to have auto screen turning on so this is very often problem for me and very frustraiting..
maybe i can somehow disable feature where you can turn your home screen?!
Please help.
PS. Is there any way to somehow to not have those circles on the status bar icons, ther really look bad for me, so i wonder if i could somehow edit them off?
